Dismantling and removal of existing ACB, MCCB and other accessories from existing panel board, removing of cable, connection etc.with the help of gas cutter, T&P as required.
Providing/fixing/connecting of Aluminum link, bend of suitable size and made of wrought aluminum or aluminum confirming to relevant Indian Standard as specified and shall have sufficient cross section area so that a current density is not exceed. The bus bars support insulators shall be class F insulation made of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, track resistant and high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material and shall be of suitable size and spacing to with stand the dynamic stresses due to short circuit current. Bus bars need properly cleaning, alignment and shall suitable insulated with PVC Sleeve/tapes. Bus bars joints shall be thoroughly cleaned and suitable oxidizing grease/petroleum jelly shall be applied before making the joint. High tensile bolts, plain and spring washers shall be provided to ensure good contact at the joints as required.
Retrofitting of new ACB, MCCB and accessories by making necessary material and arrangement in panel board as required.
Strengthening the existing frame, cleaning, finishing and Providing paint and Painting two or more coat of LT panel and painting work will be done as per DJB norms.
Work man ship charges testing and commissioning of ACB, charges for specialized engineer, fitment of accessories, restoration, rectification and matching of all control cable/wiring of outgoing supply, cartage, loading, unloading, includes other sundry items like neoprene gasket, joints, oxidizing grease nut bolts,washers and other items which are useful and necessary for proper assembling and efficient working of the ACB, with adequate provision for safety measures during execution of work etc. wherever necessary so as to avoid accident
