SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF BLDG No P-1922 (OFFRs MESS) AND ADDITION/ ALTERNATION TO BLDG No P-2195 OF CORPS ZONE WKSP UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (ARMY) No 1 IN ARMY AREA JODHPUR

Taking down existing damaged /loosed cement concrete /bricks tiles from roof /terrace to a depth of average 40 mm including taking down of existing app membrane if any cleaning with water and depositng of debris to a distance exceeding 500m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) used for roof kerbs/ padding over old cleaned surface with average thickness of 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proffing treatment for roofs in the following stages:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing liquid allas per manufacturer's insturctions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement Note (WPC shall be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule) (ii) Material and labour for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coat 6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/ 10 sqft in two coats (10-12) hrs gap between each coat. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongational break of 350% crack bridging ability of 2.5mm @650 microns thickness resists positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars. The material shall be applied with bursh or roller, Also proper surface preparation along with covingat corners is must etc, complete all specified and directed. Note : The work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of the manufacturere only. Note: 1 The authorized applicator of manufacturere shall be approved by GE. 2. The color of final finish shall be decided by the GE.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified cap 1000 ltr incl taking out old PVC/RCC tank & removal away from site ,complete all as directed.

S&F Ball valves 20 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s .) all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing, fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in trenches/floor and connections including cleaning for refixing or credited to contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing, fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in trenches/floor and connections including cleaning for refixing or credited to contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of water GI tubing medium grade 15 mm dia, galvanized, with all fittings fixed to wall, ceilings or laid n floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8.00 here-in-above, but size of pipe 20 mm bore.

Demolition of stone / boulder masonry walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 curved on plan to a mean radius n exc 6m complete all as specified and as directed

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone & dressing of face beds & joints as specified of squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, tiling & ceilings including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. ii)- Paint shall be in one or more colours/ shades all as approved by GE.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Weather Proof Paint) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position of any description and bedding in any type of roof and removing rubbish to out side MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4(12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Taking down carefully cement conc /spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, ceiling ,sunsheds, beams, etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc complete.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs , chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 to remove the loose rust particles etc & throughly cleaning the surface.,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5 -2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @5 Kg per 50 kg of cement & applying to the conc surfaces @ 200 gm/sqm to obtain tack.,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 -20 mm thick rendering in CM (1:1:2) using1 part of cement 1 part 2-3 mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & rough to receive final rendering coat. ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 & finishing the surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to metal studding in walls,ceilings, stanchions, beams, RCC chajjas/Facias etc,including laps,cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut Udaipur Green marble stone slab 18-20 mm thick mirror polished laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed as in steps, cills etc including rounding of edges at nosing.

Racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble or polygonal rubble un-coursed or brought up to courses masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, coursed or un-coursed in walls not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises and keeping the surface to pointed or plastered wet for two days prior to re-pointing or plastering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to squared rubble masonry regular coursed or un coursed complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantaling of cast iron/pvc soil waste & vent pipes of any dia mm dia incl all fittings etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying of 110 mm dia PVC pipes SWR fittings on walls / ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified. (with all fitting)

S&F 110 mm bore PVC bends any radius with oval acess door complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for supply and fixing roof tiles conforming to IS-15622 : 2017 Group II-b premium first quality of size 300 x 300 x 10mm of make as approved by GE. The Solar Reflective Index (SRI) value of tiles shall be greater than 90 as per ASTM-E – 1980 and water absorption less than 3%. The glaze of tiles shall compose of alumina silicate fine particles embedded with nano particle of zirconium silicate and zinc oxide admixtures fired back at very high temperatures. The tiles shall be laid with a space of 3 mm in between on all sides using PVC spacers. The tiles shall be laid over 20 mm thick beddin in CM 1:4 joints grouted and pointed in CM (1:3) including providing skirting upto 150mm height along the parapet wall in the same manner. The top 4-5 mm thickness of the tiles in between the joints shall be filled with epoxy grout of approved make complete all as specified & directed.

M & L providing 35 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers & jallies (measured solid) including all mouldings and including pre-cast frames set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing precast concrete Posts 100x100mm size & minimum 75 cm height 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in RCC jali post setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. .

M&L for mild steel framework for water tanks etc complete using MS angle iron, MS rectangular sections,flat irons etc complete incl necessary welding cutting to shape & hoisted & fixed in position complete all as directed & specified .

M&L in repairs of 4 mm thick prepainted and designer type E-board in false ceiling (flat or sloping) fixed to and including anodised aluminium snap grid frame size of grid 605 x 605 mm, 4 mm GI wire for hanging and including dismantling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L high density polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 Micron thickness virgin quality as per ASTMD 2103/IS 2508 laid with side and overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L 150 mm PQC work in pavement of flexural strength 45 Kg/sqcm (lower control limit) in field using min 400 kg and n.exc 450 Kg of cement per cubit metre as per design mix mixed with and incl triangular/non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25% by wt of cement spread and compacted by using slip form paver and all as specified and incl necessary form work, bull nosing rounding of edges, finishing by mechanical brooming/belting/curing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Admixture and polyester triangular fibre shall be paid seperately under respective items.

Supply only polyster triangular fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement

Material and labour for forming 25mm thick expansion joint by full depth diamond cutter, filled with DURA board HD-100 (Brand supreme or equivalent as approved), applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete depth of joint i.e. the thick ness of concete slab, provision of closed celled polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 15 mm), complying with BS- 4254 and EN 41875 2003 priming the sides minimum MAF or 30% with ten years performance quarantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to th sealant and removing the masking trape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab minimum 275 mm and maximum 400 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour forming construction joint, 30 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant 12 mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying maksing tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Providing 5mm thick high density EPU flooring includes priming, screed topping antistatic type including make in good to surface before application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin & hardner in equal volumes, approved by CPRI (Central power Research Institute Bangalore). Taking down carefully alluminium / copper point wiring complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc with fittings fixtures such as ceiling rose, holders, electric fittings, switchs, sockets, aluminium conductor cable with and incl wooden batten or FR PVC conduit and its accessories such as wooden gutties, rawl plugs, GI screws, aluminium clips, nails etc complete and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site complete all as specified and directed.as directed.

S&F in replacement of GI tubing , light grade of 40mm bore with fittings as in road crossings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of 10 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and incl 10 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn into separate concealed medium grade, ISI marked, non metallic PVC conduit 15mm dia size incl all conduit accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc with and incl cutting chasing and making good of disturbed surface of wall/floor/ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as directed. Note: Two runs of 10 sqmm and one runs of 10 sqmm (earth wire) including one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length incl making good the disturbed surfaces for the purpose of measurement.

Note:- (i)- Qty's have been clubbed from 2 Nos sanction Job's, Qty of BOQ Item ser No 1 to 42 for Job No 45/SR (Bldg)/2025-26 and Qty of BOQ item ser No 43 to 73 for Job No 25/RW/JODH/2025-26. (ii)- The contract sum shall be arrived after deducting amount of sch of credit from the quoted amount.
