Cutting & picking up existing metalled black top portion of road surface to an average depth of 300 mm. by using jack hammer with all necessary tool and plant including screening the serviceable materials & stacking within a lead of 75mtr. all complete as per direction of the E.I.C

Labour for taking out old soling including removing debris to flank or berm, sorting out serviceable material and staking. a) Single Flat Soling

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works,stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m (a) Up to 150mm thick

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil(including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m as directed.The item includies necessary trimming the sides of trenches,levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom,baling out water as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500mm.

Supply of Ductile Iron K7 (DI) pipes confirming to IS:8329-2000 at project site including stacking, loading, unloading, labour, transportations etc complete 100mm

All types of CI specials (viz. Bend, Tee, Taper, Tail piece, Collar etc. size conforming to IS specification 1538:1993 a) socket & spigot end i) 80mm to 300mm

Supplying HDPE (Materials grade PE-100) pipes conforming to IS 4984- 1995 with latest revision & amendments if any with necessary HDPE specials (excluding cost of CIDF valves) including labour charges for earth work in excavation in any kind of soil including mixed soil with boulder,road sub-grade and aits flank but excluding moorum laterite or sand stone / hard rock cutting with chisel required including cutting road flank/ brick pavement etc. without damaging the exisiting telephone/electrical cable line etc.(in case of damage of any type of cable line by the agency at the time of execution necessary damage charge as applicable by the respective authority will have to be brone by the agency at his own cost)upto the depth (av.) so as to maintain 1.10m.earth cushion from top of the pipe upto G.L. including loading unloading carrying lowering laying fitting fixing carefully pipes, valves and specials with the all types of jointing materials in trenches maintaining proper levels and alignment jointing the pipes and specials by butt welding/ adopting suitable method (But weld jointing with help of hydraulic tack and trimming machines, Hitter etc. for reaching at necessary melting point of HDPE pipe so that joint can be monolithic) so as to facilitate the maintenance of pipe line locally as per conventional method in future.Laying of pipe line including cost of pipe, fittings/specials & valves.(110 mm OD)

Lowering any type Ductile Iron pipes (DI) & specials and laying along trench at any depth as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.[For laying over ground. The rates shall be reduced by 10% and the rates so reduced shall be inclusive of cost of holding arrangements. 100 mm

Detachable joints to A.C./PVC Pipes including supply of Rubber Gaskets, Nuts, Bolts etc. of best quality to make the joint water tight at required Hydraulic pressure all complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C 100 mm

Labour for detacheable joints to AC/PVC pipes to make the joint water tight at required hydraulic pressure all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 100 mm

Filling in fondation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water raming complete including the cost of supply of sand(Payment to be made on measurement of finish quantity)

Dewatering by pumps including all leads. lifts and making all arrangement of dispisal where continuous flow of water from a source other than natural or ground water is encountered in case of emergency maintenance works related to leakage. breakage and making wet connections. [Note:- In case of any other situation demanding such emergency dewatering use of this item is to be apporved by the Superintending Engineer/Tender Accepting Authority. This item shall be executed on the specific direction duly supported by proper clarification of the E.I.C.who will be satisfied in absolute discretion that such work has not been necessitated due to any natural source of water or any fault of the Contractor]

Disinfection of water main by filling with water containing bleaching powder of sufficient quantity capable of maintaining a resudiual chlorine concentration of 10mg/1 within the main after a detention period of two hours and flushing the same with fresh water all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge{After successful completiion of the process disposal of water and bacteriological testing of sample of flushed out water from the mains shall be made at no extra cost]

C.I Sluice valve with flanged ends drilled to as per I.S.1358/62 and having all cast iron components as per I.S.780/71 solid forged bronze inside screw spindle having ultimate tensile strength not less than 4.42 MT per sq.cm.Spindle nut valve aqnd seat faces of hard wear resisting,manufactureed from best quality gunmetal confioming to I.S 780/71, painted black all over with with asphalt base paint tested to 21 Kg(hydraulic pressure) per sq.cm. valve opening to anticlock wise direction fitted and fixed complete.100mm

Supplying including cost of installation of cast iron mechanical compression flange socket tail piece for connecting flange fittings to the plain(spigot) ends of CI/DI pipes. 100mm

Supplying ,fitting and fixing of C.I. Mechanical flexible collar coupling Suitable for of C.I spun pipes(as per IS:1536) and D.I. Pipes (as per I.S.:8329).complete with sealing rubber Gasket of EPDM quality (IS:5382/1985 Type-4),Cast iron Follower Glands and Mild steel Nut Bolts (Zinc Coated ).The whole assembly should be mechanically and hydraulically tested to the provisions as laid down in I.s:1538.Fitting and fixing should be in proper position with proper care of main pipe line for leak proof condition. 100mm

Manufacturing and supplying M.S. saddle with 10 mm. thick M.S. Pipe, 25 mm. thick M.S. Flange including fabrication true to size with M.S. Clamp, drilling hole on angle /flat, gas cutting and welding etc. 6"x4"

Wet connection with M.S. Saddle on running mains by drilling with electric drill, plugging with wooden plug using nut and bolts, rubber insertion, dewatering trenches all complete excluding cost of M.S. saddle & earth work. 6"x4"

Shifting house connection or stand post connection from existing main to new main after excavation through any kind of soil and road materials up to required depth, dismantling existing ferrule with all fitings , pluggings hole of old main with GI plug drilling and tapping the new main, refixing the ferrule on the new main with serviceable old GI pipes and other specials and back filling the trench with excavated materials all complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Inserting C.I.specials and Valves etc for interconnection with the exting wet main if any including excavation of trenches in any kind of soil& road to required depth bailing out normal water from trenchs cutting the existing C.I pipes/Specials carefully and withdrawing the same including filling up the trench as per specification and instruction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work( valve;Collars,Specials lead joints lowering valves pipes shoring as when required will be paid seoerately as per schedule rate)

Labour for laying single brick flat soling including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety
