M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galvanised earth strip of size 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, with 40 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 10 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 12 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel, wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion inclduing taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost (ii) Main earthing lead upto and including 7.5 m or upto Test point shall be measured and paid under this item

M & L for replacement of broken earth chamber cover of pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggergates) of size 550x550x40mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @10cm centre to centre in both direction and 12mm dia MS handle of suitable size all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 03 of MES Schedule Part I complete as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of reinforcement and formwork will deemed to be included in quoted rate

M & L for Maintenance of existing earthing system by cleaning the earth chamber funnel and adding adequate water with 20Kg salt including testing earth resistance after maintenace complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Payment shall be made only after obtaining desired test result as per IE rule to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge

S&F in repair building security light fitting LED 45 Watt pressure die cast housing with epoxy powder coated dark graphite grey colour finish prismatic polycarbonate cover with individual LED lenses IP66 with 1.2 mtr bracket of 40mm GI pipe complete with all accessory including connecting with twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs avaiation obstruction light, LED type integral light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with LED lamp ,driver and all accessories and connection complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj Cat Part No BGAV 302LED or equivalent model of make as mentioned in list of manufacturer under PS

M&L for preparation of old metal surfaces of Panel Boards after complete removal of existing painting over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of simens grey colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and marking the Qtr No, Panel Board No in front side complete all as specified and directed by engineer in Charge. (Note: Adjoing area there to properly covered befor painting. Adjoing areas, floor, walls are to clean free of paint spillage after painting work. If Paint spill is not cleaned to match with existing surface a penal recovery @ Rs.200/- per location will be made from payments due to the contractor).

Supply & Installation of advance conductive compound based chemical compound technology with upgraded high tensile low carbon steel rod as per UL 467 and as per BS 7430 with copper coating 250 microns. Earthing system confirming to IS:3034. The ROD should 17.2 mm & 3 meter length with rod to tape clamp, CR 125 (type A) additional protection of the terminal. Chemical compound should be the highly Conductive Compound as per BSEN 50164-7 with 03 Bags of 25 kg each bag & resistivity should be 0.05 ohm. The job includes digging the pit and refilling the same by furse CEM back Fill Compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be mixed with cement in 3:1 for forming conductive concrete and it should be eco friendly, not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal. The earth pit should be provided with a light weight inspection pit cover PT-205 for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing furse CEM- a convenient and permanent solution by adding with 3:1 ratio chemical compound with the earth electrode in the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a mean of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions including takin down/dismantling of existing unserviceable chemical earthing system complete all as specified & directed . (NOTE :-Each earth pit should contain:- a) 1 No. copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel,17.2 mm dia, 3 meter length. b) Rod to tape clamp (type A). c) 03 Bags of 25 kg each chemical compound as per BSEN 50164-7. d) Light weight inspection pit cover with 5000 kg weight load capacity. e) Supply and installation shall be done by the authorised technician of the manufacturer)

S&F in repair single core 1.5 Sqmm size (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts [ISI marked ] in panel complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) The measurement are required to be taken as and when directed by the Engr-in-Charge during the contract period (iii) The contractor shall provide minimum one electrician and one helper as an when required basis for checking purpose during contract period (iv) All reading are to be recorded in earth register measurement books which are to be maintained properly duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge) (v) The cost of minor repair/rectifcation work to bring the desire earth resistance shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (vi) Provision new earthing in place of unserviceable earthing shall be measured and paid under respective items here-in-before (vii) Filling up new salt if require shall be measured and paid under item no 15 here-in-before

Cleaning of Indoor electrical panel of maximum size 3.0 x 2.0mx 0.5 m and cleaning of panel room of maximum size 7.0 x 6.0 m completely by removing all debris from the cable pits and room, removing cob webs inside the panel and in panel room, vaccuming the electrical panel with suitable vaccum cleaner and cloth to remove all dust/dirt etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Quoted rate deemed to be inclussive of necessary T & P as required)

Repairs to Panel board indoor type sheet metal approximate size (1.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m) by replacing fully corroded sheet metal parts like base plate, top plate, front cover etc with appropriate gauges MS sheet including bending to match with the existing size, welding brazing and assembling including replacing all nuts & bolts in MCBs and proper legging in cable and control wire sheet metal screws metal screws and painting the complete body with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer and marking the Qtr No, Panel Board No in front side and all as specified and as directed

Note :- In compliance with condition 26 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of Contract) for safety purpose Electrician employed by the contractor for this work shall have Industrial training Institute pass certificate from a recognized institute in relavant trade with 3 years experience in relevant field or 10th Class pass Certificate having 10 years of practical experience in relevant field . Before commencement of work contractor shall submit the name of electrician alongwith necessary documents in support of their qualification and practical experience to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval of accepting officer. Incase any changes of manpower require during currency of tender ,fresh approval shall be taken from accepting officer. 2. Before commencement of work contractor shall submit valid electrical license in accordance with Cl No 23 of Sch “A” Notes of contract agreement. 3. Supervisor for execution of above mentioned work employed by the contractor shall also posses supervision certificate of competency issued by concerned State Govt where the works are to be executed
