Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust, and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) , making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at 5 kg per 10 sqm and laying bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete, 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete to a uniform surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen & penetration) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)

M & L preparing surfaces of black top by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm over unsurfaced WBM surfaces.

M & L preparing surfaces of black top by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm.

M & L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content(paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete to a uniform surface all as specified and direted.

M & L for providing thermoplastic hot applying paint of approved make for road marking of 1.5 to 2mm thick approved shade and shape as directed with automated machine adhering to standards of 100 mm wide line.

Road studs (Casts-eye) of size 100 x 100 mm, white or yellow colour, ABS material body with reflective glass elements (white or red) in due direction of m, fixed on road with two component epoxy hardner and resin/HT nail as per manufactures Instructions.

M & L moorum 75mm,thickness, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient complete as specified and directed
