2. Financial Turnover

● Requirement: As per audited balance sheets, the bidder must possess an average annual

turnover of at least ₹10.00 Crore over the last three financial years (i.e., FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25, and FY

3. Statutory Tax Registrations

4. Non-Blacklisting Status

● Requirement: The bidder must not be blacklisted or barred by any State Government or Central

Government organization as of the formal date of Bid Submission.

5. Office Location & Local Support Network

● Requirement: The bidder must maintain a physical, operational office inside Gujarat, to provide

immediate engineering escalations.

● Evidence Required: Valid GST registration certificate explicitly showing the Ahmedabad

operational address.

6. Technical Engineering Resource Size

● Requirement: The bidder must have a minimum of 100+ technical employees currently on their

direct company payroll.

● Evidence Required: An official confirmation letter issued and signed by the bidder's Head of

Human Resources.

7. National Cybersecurity Empanelment

● Requirement: The bidder must possess an active CERT-In (Computer Emergency Response Team

- India) empanelment for security auditing or management.

● Evidence Required: Valid, unexpired CERT-In Empanelment Certificate enclosed with the

technical bid envelope.

8. Proprietary SOC Infrastructure & Experience

● Requirement: The bidder must own and operate their OWN Security Operations Center (SOC),

which must have been continuously active for at least the last two (02) years. Bidders must be prepared to

host a live virtual or physical demonstration of their SOC operations for the bank's committee.

● Evidence Required: Self-certifications accompanied by physical/operational images of their

active proprietary SOC facility.

9. SIEM & MDR Domain Experience

● Requirement: Bidders must have successfully executed a minimum of three (03) projects related

to SIEM and Managed Detection & Response (MDR) services within India during the last five (05) years.

Crucially, at least one (01) of these deployments must have handled not less than 2000 EPS (Events Per

Second) OR a minimum integration of 1000 devices within the deployed solution.

● Evidence Required: Copies of formal Purchase Orders (POs) or official Completion Certificates

alongside clear Customer Names, Addresses, Contact Persons, Telephone Numbers, and Email Addresses

for reference verification.

10. Operational Contract Scale
