Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete unreinforced as in Ground Floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar or any other descrption etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from the site including dismantling brick work of hold fasts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm each but not exc 2 sqm each and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron soil waste or vent pipes of 100 mm bore with all fittings from any position and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron soil waste or vent pipes of 75 mm bore with all fittings from any position and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 15 mm bore in pipe with all fittings from walls,ceilings and floors and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 20 mm bore in pipe with all fittings from walls,ceilings and floors and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Dismanting of mild steel of any description not otherwise provided for inany location and any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of Mud phuska in roofs, any thickness,including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) in any position including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cutting grooves or rebates in parapet walls 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and making good in cement mortar 1:3 after inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation of rebar by using Hilti hammer drill with carbide drill bit,chemical dispensing gun for inserting and using injection mortar chemical Fischer 585 s or equivalent upto minimum depth of (10 x dia of bar ) as in chajja,beam,lintel,column slab and parapet at any height before inserting an anchor bar.Hole must be free from dust debris,water,oil grease complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Note :- (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rates are inclusive of form work and safety measures. TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

First quality Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 thick set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of wall with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

600 x 600x 8-10 mm thick white in colour roof temperature shield tiles on terraces, roofs, pavements, and sloped/vertical surfaces, set in neat cement slurry set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
