Supply of Stainless Steel dining tables and benches for Mathrushri Tharigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex, Tirumala

Part-A(Percentage items)

Supply and fixing of Stainless Steel SS 304 grade tubes, sections, plates, sheets and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel works using SS welding rods including buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing, to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution.

The following equipment to be fabricated with Argon welding with machine rolled and plasma cutting with smooth finish. The items are fabricated with stainless steel of 304 grade and the testing for confirmation of SS AISI 304 grade should be tested at site and submitted the same to the department by the contractor at his own cost. The tolerance allowance of (+/-) 10mm is allowed for measurements for fabrication. The rate is including cost & conveyance to site of work, incidental charges and F.O.R at Tirumala. The rate is excluding GST.

Supply of stainless steel dining tables (4 seater) of overall size 2400 x 500 x 750mm (including nylon bush) of top sheet provided with SS 1.50 mm thick double folded alround mounted on SS angular frame of size 32 x 32 x 3mm and additional three supports at top in width wise with SS angle of size 32 x 32 x 3mm and one length wise middle support with SS flat of size 25 x 5mm. The SS legs with OD 38 mm dia pipe of 1.5mm thick of 6 Nos with adjustable nylon bullet feet are to be provided. At inside corner of the top frame near the leg portion, 40x40x3mm SS triangle sheets are to be provided for full welding of legs.

Additional inclined supports are to be provided at top of the legs to the top frame to provide additional strength for the legs. The support pieces are to be welded to the angle frame and top sheet at mid spans of the table. The cross supports (3 Nos) are to be provided in width wise with SS pipes of OD 25mm dia of 1.5mm thick and in length wise two central supports at bottom level at 150 mm overall height. (The rate is excluding cost of nylon bushes).

Supply of Nylon Bushes suitable for 38mm OD stainless steel pipes (1.5mm thick pipe) and the bush having provision of height adjustment (with threaded type) for dining tables and benches. The rate is including cost of Packing & Forwarding, loading & unloading, transportation, transit insurance, F.O.R. at Tirumala, cost and conveyance to site of work and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (The rate is excluding GST).

Supply of the following cleaning / Sweeping machines to T.T.D.Health department. The rates are inclusive of transportation, all taxes, duties etc., complete.
