Earthwork in excavation in foundation pipeline tenches in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, silt & clay, gravel, moorum of all varities shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomarets, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinery rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/shattered/decomposed rock, whethered rock, hard rock(Granitic or basiltic) and all the such other material as described under appendix to these specification either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any of approved method or methods as may be convinient or permitted including moist saturated foul condition etc.with an initial lead of 50m including all lifts etc complete as specified and directed and as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering & Shuttering including Strutting, propping etc. and removal of formowk for : a) Foundation, footings, Bases for columns and mass concrete.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Fine sand)

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavtaed earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm dpth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of temporary bund along the nallah with earth filled cement bags stacked in two rows of size 0.90m in width and 1.50 m high placed at 1.20 m apart including filling the gap between the rows with earth from borrow pit including neatly compacting the earth to minimize the seepage of water including cost of empty cement bags, rope, earth, labour, transportation etc complete as directed by the Engineer incharge.
