Comprehensive Maintenance of Electro- mechanical services including monitoring, managing round the clock operation of the Electro- mechanical services by deploying suitable automation arrangement/ sufficient no. of staff, etc. to maintain uninterrupted operation of EMS services as per given terms and conditions. The EMS is as per the size of services attached.

A) Operation & Comprehensive Maintenance- 1) EI & Fans 2) Pump sets . 3) Compound Lighting. 4) Lightning Conductor 5) 2 x 400 KVA, 11 KV, Indoor Substation 6) 2 X 125 KVA E/A Set (Kirloskar) 7) Package AC Plants 8) Fire Detection and Alarm system 9) Fire Extinguishers. 10) Cooling & Heating Appliances

Servicing & Routine maintenance (B check) of following capacity of DG set complete with Air cleaner element, Replacement of engine lube oil of proper grade (seal pack of reputed make), replacement of lube oil filter elements, replacement of fuel filter elements, addition of coolant additive concentrate, Cleaning of radiator fins, drain sediments from water separator, check inlet air restriction, check air piping, belt tensions i/c cleaning & dedusting of alternator, control panel, fuel tank, tightening & maintaining of all hose connections, electrical connections, battery connections etc & actual load testing of DG set after servicing etc as directed.

i) 125 KVA DG set Engine Make - Kirloskar

Supplying & fixing of fully charged 12 volt,180AH lead acid Maintenance Free battery for starting of 125 KVA DG set complete with end sockets etc.as reqd. NOTE- 1) The battery(s) of each DG set shall be replaced once during currency of contract & agency shall consider rebate for old battery while quoting of rates.
