PETTY REPAIRS INCL DAY TO DAY MAINT WORKS TO BR AND EM FITTINGS AND FIXTURES IN MD AND OTM ACCN AT NAINITAL STN UNDER GE RANIKHET

Attending day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows, kitchen knobs fitting and fixing wire mesh, glass, repair of aluminum shutters etc as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900am and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500pm on daily basis after satisfactory complition,complete all as specified and directed. Material such as nails,screws, washers, putty/beading for glass, nut & bolts shall be included in the quoted rate. Note :- (i) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900am by rep of contractor on daily basis. (ii) Every docket will submitted at complaint cell on daily basis of same day at 0500 pm or early morning on next day after satisfacotry complition. (iii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. (iv) Rs. 300.00/complaint shall be recovered against non attending of every complaints. (v) Material will be measured (after fixing) and paid separatly as supply only under respective items.

Supply only for 6mm thick plywood, graded BWR, type BB fixed to timber framework of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Galvanised steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm including necessary beadings and fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, in square or reqd shape n exc 0.50 Sqm each pane including oil putty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 150mm long mild steel barrel tower bolt, stove enamelled black with bright bolt complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply only 200mm long mild steel barrel tower bolt, stove enamelled black with bright bolt complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply only 150mm long mild steel pressed handle, oval type stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 250mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only butt hings med weight cold rolled MS, size 100 mm long complete all as specified and directed.
