Supply and fixing of 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood gauged and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauge etc (without sash bars) for fly proof door shutter, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut of any mitred beads for securing gauge etc, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause No.8.23(a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drg and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel butt hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150 mm size Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 150 mm size aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs 150 mm size black jappen painted mild steel handle oval type complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 250 mm long Aluminium alloy. Anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple ( bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet , cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board frame of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5 mm thick PVC sheet of density 600Kg/cbm having pattam width of 50mm and thickness of 10mm. All three frame length reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge. mitre cut at two corners and joined with two nos of 150mm long brackets of 15X15mm MS square tube or joint by fusion hit welding. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall thickness using 8Xthroughout the frame and metre cut at two corners and jointed with 2 nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tubes.The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 nos of screws to be provided to the horizontal mmember etc.including taking dowm of old cup board frame and shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for factory made solid panel PVC cup bboard shutter (Flush Type) 30 mm thick consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 32mm x 17mm x 1mm thickness and 19mm x 19mm stiles and rail s.. MS frame shall have a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer of approved Make. The inside panel consist of 20mm thick muulti chamber hallow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness bonded with solvent cement/ cynoacrylate adhesive with 5mm thick prelam/ plain PVC sheet of density 600Kg/Cbm, sensity manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certfied company. on both sides of inside panel. All four edges of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm thick and 20mm wide PVC batten ( Made by sticking 2 Nos PVC foam sheet of 5mm thick using PVC solvent cement adhisive. shutter edges lipping to be painted PCV link of matching colour of prelam/ plain sheet of shutter etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing for factory made PVC shelf/ partition of requried size consisting of 40mm thick solid sandwich with 1mm thick plain PVC sheet on both sides suitably fixed in MS angle frame . complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fixed in repairs for powder coated aluminium anodised window frame sliding type 3 (three) tracks, (aluminium sections for frame weighing not less than 1.67kg/mtr) and shutter frame aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55kg/mtr) 1 (one) gauge and 2(two) glazed shutter including necessary jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber gasket aluminium anodised snap beading, screws, hold fast, locking arrangements, handle and 4mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels and stainless steel gauge mosquito proof wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as directed.

Suppy and fixed of powder coated aluminium anodised window grill (DG-10) guard bar mesh of size not less than 65mm x 65mm with dia not less tha 6mm thick fixed to flat aluminium window complete all as directed.

Suppy and fixed in repairs for powder coated aluminium anodised louvered ventilator of size 600mm x 600mm with glass louver , without sash bars, aluminium section weoghing not less than 0.55Kg/m for frame of size 40mm x 20mm x 2mm including necessary jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber gasket aluminium anodised snap beading, screws, hold fast, locking arrangements, complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete including removing dismantled material from work site all as specified.

Supply and fixed mild steel framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and dixed for mild steel flat iron, as in support of varandah jalli , mesh including drilling holes, welding and fixed to frame bolting or rivetting , etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of untreated new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, (1st quality) with a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fixing of hold fast ,bed blocks parapet, cills, coping, and similar works including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructionscomplete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Material and labour 18 to 20 mm thick Granite, (table rubbed and polished) in decorative shelves, steps, pillar, jambs, cocking platform including bedded and jointed in cement mortar ( 1:4) including cutting and polishing, pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls by applying wall care white putty thickness and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying acrylic based distemper, two coats, white or any tinted over a coat of cement based primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

M & for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification: (i) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate (Nominal mix) , mixed with WPC @ 200ml/ 50 Kg of cement bag or as per manufactrrer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners. (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC @ 200ml/ 50 Kg of cement bag or as per rmanufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed wth acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs. (iv) applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with accrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm.This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. (v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation . (Make of PU primer - Dek guard EP -302 of M/S Fosroc or equivalant approved brand.Make of PU paint - Dek guard PUor equivalant approved brand. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water. (vii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tighness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete 1:5:10 type- E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Note: Water tightness Testing shall be carried out in presence of AGE and certificate to be issued by AGE before any payment mentioning Building No.

Supply and fixed of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bend of any radius for PVC (SWR) pipes, fixed to walls complete all as directed.

S&F PVC ( SWR) junction single , ( Single T) equal or unequal 110 mm bore with access door complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, (1:3:6), (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor for receiving floor finishes complete all as directed.

Material and labour for prepolished chemically treated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified. ( Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Demolition of Cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforced cut to facilitate demolition complete including removing demolished material from work site all as specified and directed.

Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Material and labour for reinforced Cement concretetype M-25 Design Mix, 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns , in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified. Material and labour for Mild steel bars ( TMT) 8mm dia. and over up to and including 10 mm dia. in stirrups/ main bars, , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. Or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care white putty and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Cleaning of blockage in storm water or surfaces water drains with necessary excavation inside the drains carefully not exceeding 1.50 m wide & not exc. 1.50m in depth and getting out all silt mixed with earth and other foreign materials from inside the drains and removing the same at a distance not exc. 250 m all as directed.

Dismantling of brick works (laid flat or on edge) in channels or drains, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar including separating serviceable bricks aside for reuse in the work.

Material and labour for bricks work with Fly ash bricks, laid flat on vertical inclined sides of drains, laid dry and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.) (iv) Treatment shall be done by authorise applicator of the firm (v) Cutting groove in brick wall 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep and sloping horizontal face of groves with cement mortar 1:3 (vi) APP water proofing work shall be carried out through from authorized applicator of manufacturer and approved by GE in writing.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 50 mm thick , as in flooring laid in bays finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floor complete all as specified.
