Earth work in excavation for structure in all depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 (Three hundred five point one) including setting out. Construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal on all lead and lifts including dressing of sides and bottoms and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damages to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock( where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level, as shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Hauling and staking of materials useful for construction of suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner treaming filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all case and slates including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charrge.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated P.C.C. M-10 nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement: Three sand: six graded stone aggregates 20mm( Twenty millimetre) nominal size for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinth or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced M-15(Fifteen) (1:2.5:5) ( One cement : Two point five sand : Five graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( Twenty milimetre) nominal size concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, (Eight hundred two) 803,(Eight hundred Three) 1202(Tweleve hundred two) & 1203 (Tweleve hundred Three) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M-20 nominal mix 1:2:4 ( one cement: two sand: two sand: four graded stone aggreagtes 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain concrete in foundations and plinth or similar works complete as per drawing and technical specifications for Rural Roads August 2004 clause 802,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub structrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, (ONe Thousand two) 1005,(ONe thousand five) 1010 (ONe Thousand ten) & 1202 (One thousand Two hundred Two) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying inter locking paver block pavements having thickness of 100mm ( hundred millimetere of M50(fifty) grade and spreading 25mm thick sand under neath and filling the joints with sand on the existing surface as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504.iincluding carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (Three hundred point two) with lead upto 1000 m (One Thousand millemetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.(Three hundred three point one) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel, roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401, BY Mix In Place Method.including hauling/carriage of all labour of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN ( Eighty two one hundred ) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 (four hundred point eleven) & 400.12 (Four hundred point twelve) and Technical Specification Clause 406.(Four hundred six ) including hauling/carriage of all labour of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm ( Zero point seven zero to one koligramme per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion (RS-1) binder using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero point three zero to zero point three zero kilograme per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(Five hundred three ) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using VG-10 bitumen crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick (thirty millimetre) bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using VG-10 bitumen crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects nothing extra shall be paid for higher content of bitumen required as per job mix formula including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying of Hot Applied thermoplastic Compound 2.5mm(Two oint five millimetre) thick including refectorising glass beeds @ 250 gms(Two hundred fifty) per sign area, thickness of 2.5mm(Two point five millimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35(Thiryt five ) . The finished surface to be level uniformly and free from streaks and holes.. including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade kilometre stone /local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 (eight) fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications Rural Road August 2004 clause 1703 ( ordinary stone/ kilometre stone including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 (eight) fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications Rural Road August 2004 clause 1703 ( 200 (Two hundred metre) stone (precast) including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and Drawing three M.S. Plates of 1.6( one point six0 millimetre) thick top and middle plat duly welded with M.S. flat Iron 25mmx5mm (Twenty five into five millimetre) on back on edge the lower plate will be welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five onto twenty five into five millimetre) the angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to two Nos. 75mmx75mmx( Seventy five into seventy five millimetre) of twelve SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade blocks of 450mmx450x600mm ( four hundred forty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre) , 600mm(Six hundred millimetre) below ground level. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro refectories sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sq.m. Supported on a mild steel single angle ironpost75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawings and technical specification 1701

Providing and fixing Citized information sign board as per MORD specification and drawing .two MS flat iron of 1.6mm thic in two part of size 900*750 ( nine hunndred into seven hundred fifty ) duly welded with Msflat iron 50*5mm size on back at places on all corners. All M.S. flat should be welded with all square M.S. tube of size 75*75mm height of board should be 2450 mm from ground level to top of board and width should be 1150 mm. all M.S. will stave anameled on both sides. lettering and printing arrows, board etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality hauling required shade and color.
