SPECIAL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD AT 127 INF BN (TA) ECO, GARH RIF CONNECTING BEAHAR ROAD UNDER GE DEHRADUN

M&L for repair to pothholes any depth , not exc. 1.0Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth , making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumin VG-10) at 5Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, paved bitumen by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces (using paving bitumen VG-30) complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot apllication) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder , glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No. 800.4 of MOST specification including sparying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F solar stud (blinker) of size 125X125mmX25mm with aluminium alloy shell, Mono-crystaline solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 Watt, one NI-mh rechargeable battery 1.2V , Six LEDs, fixed to road with eposy based resin adhesive after necessary preperation of surface incl taking out existing old one and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc 100mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a ture surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in path, flooring including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintel upto1.5 M clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string course, lacing course, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height coping kneels, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for , water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
