Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of e-quotation through e-tender for Eight Lane Delhi-Vadodara Expressway from km 0.000 to km 129.017 on National Highway No. NE-4 (06 Fee Plaza: Hilalpur, Khalilpur, Kalinger, Ghata Samsabad, Sheetal, Pinan) and Kiranj Fee Plaza (@ Km.55+880) for Construction of six lane access – controlled highway from DND Maharani Bagh to Junction near KMP Expressway with NH-148NA (Delhi Vadodara Expressway) Section of NH-148NA (Design Ch. 0.000 to 59.063) in the states of Haryana and Rajasthan on EPC Mode and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) The entries relating to (i) Name of Bidder, (ii) Bidder's Quoted Percentage above/below the APC per day in SL(B), (iii) Name of Authorized Signatory and (iv) Designation/Title of Authorized Signatory are mandatory. Any blank, incomplete, incorrect or misleading entry in financial sheet shall render the bid liable to be treated as Non-responsive.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
