Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 400KVA 11KV/433V Dyn11 Copper Wounded Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer Package sub station Outdoor Type ,Transformer enclosure type-tested for IP23 or above and enclosure temperature class as K10 or better, made of Galvanized sheet steel housing in a combination of 1.5/2mm (2mm for Load Bearing and 1.5mm for non-load bearing) , CSS shall be supplied by OEM only, system integrator / JV Partners are not acceptable. Substation can be lifted with transformer installed, Enclosure painted with powder coating/polyurethane paint, Aesthetic, glossy/matt finish, HT and LT Compartment as IP54, copper wound, Class F insulation associated with winding temperature indicator,Dry transformer suitable for CSS Enclosure including supplying and laying of copper conductor multicore control cable from transformer to HT breaker for safety tripping suitably mounted on MS channel including supplying and grouting of suitable MS channels, with all accessories and conforming to IEC 62271-202. HT SWITCHGEAR 11kV, 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated Non-Extinsible Fixed type with Copper Busbar Compact switchgear (Type CCV) consisting of Two no load break switch and One No. Fixed Manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker having inbuilt load break switch and earth switch within SF6 insulated robotically welded non ferrite non magnetic stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm having IP 67, with series trip,self powered microprocessor based numerical 3 O/C & 1 E/F relay (IDMTL + Inst.) protection.HT switchgear & Vacuum Interrupter shall be of same make as CSS OEM, Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 1Cx3x95 sq.mm Al. unarmorured XLPE Cable(Make: ABB /Siemens/Schneider/ L&T) - 1 No.

OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness 2mm for Load bearing member and 1.5mm for non load bearing member with 4mm baseframe. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 34 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated ( colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Seperate switch operated bulket lamp+hooter in transformer compartment. INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x150Sq.mm XLPE AL. Single core cable. Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Al. Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6 mm GI Strips including Transformer Neutral.

LT Panel Low Voltage Panel suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system as per standard IEC 61439- 1 &2 as DVA from OEM Authorized Partners and of suitable size fabricated in compartmentalized design with CRCA sheet steel of 1.6mm thickness for load bearing member and 1.6mm for Non load bearing member. Complete with 7 tank process (automatic PT spray) for powder coating in the approved shade, the Panel shall be suitable for Internal Arc Test 85kA for 300mS as per IEC61641 and Seismic Zone-V tested, Form of Separation Form 3b, Mechanical Impact IK10 as per IEC.
