The contractor shall be fully responsible for any type of loss to men and material on this account. 2.The contractor shall work in such a manner that office work of adjoing offices should not be distrubed. 3.Dismantling /Disposal of material should be quick so that the constuction work may not be effected.

Dismantling of existing old Workshop approximate area 300.84 sqm. With Tin shed, Brick wall electric wiring etc. and also including disposal of dismantled materials out of corporation area including loading, unloading complete and reading the site for new construction.
