Earthen Pond Planning, Surveying, Design, Construction and development of Earthern Pond with HDPE Geomembrane Pond liner of 500 micron as per design and scope of work and instruction of Engineer in Charge as per Annexure - II etc. all complete. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Road/Pathway Planning, Surveying, Design and Construction of Cement Concrete Road/Pathway around pond and below elevated parking or otherwise as per instruction of Engineer in Charge as per Scope of Work (Total area of Pathway 1550 sqm. approx) as per Annexure - III etc. all complete.(Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Water Supply/Sprinkler System Planning, Design and Laying of HDPE water supply line as per requirement and scope of work as per Annexure - IV etc. all complete.

Street Lighting Street Lighting/Garden Lighting with LED: Planning, Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED street/ compound/high mast/pathway/landscape lighting for the entire campus covering 24,570.00 Sqm as per approved design and Drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge as per Annexure - V etc. all complete.
