Maintenance and operation of liquid chlorinators installed at Naval Base area including repair /renewal /replacement of defective parts and servicing ,cleaning and checking by providing specialist tradesman to ensure 100 % serviceability of the liquid chlorinator plants "round the clock including Saturday /Sunday /Holiday " and to obtain required dosage in the entire Naval base and Kataribagh area as per satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge, the chlorine testing kit should be provided at each installation in responsibility of the contractor for testing the water any time complete all as specified and directed, the spares which ever be required for making serviceability of the plants shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. j) NSRY Pump House - 01 Nos k) SNC 'O' Mess Pump House - 01 Nos l) 60 ‘G’ Pump House - 01 Nos m) 96 'G' Pump House - 01 Nos n) 900 Men Pump House - 01 Nos o) HQ Venduruthy Pump House - 01 Nos NOTE FOR DAILY ROUTINE MAINTENANCE TASK: a) Checking of all parts of the plants for its functional properly. b) Calibrating and dozing the plant to obtain variable dosage upto 0.50 PPM c) Testing of chlorinated supply water for correct dosage minimum upto 2 PPM or as required in Main pumping installation at KB to maintained 0.5 PPM at users end. d) Records of testing of dosage with time shall be maintained properly. e) Plant serviceability /Maintenance records shall be maintained properly for each plant. f) Tradesman employed shall be have ITI certification from any recognised institution/ Minimum two years’ experience for operating the pump set from any prestigious firm /Govt or semi Govt organization. g) Spares repair/ replacement shall be measured and paid separately. h) The rate of consumable minor spares shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Material and labour for disconnecting of old unserviceable dozing granular motor agitator of capacity 0.5 HP from mixture dozing tank complete opening the old unserviceable motor agitator at site to located the fault and then transporting to the local work shop, opening and cutting/ removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire including high quality ‘F' class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating up to varnish fully dry properly. Re-assembling the motor agitator and testing at workshop after complete repairs work and transported back and installed at site as per existing position and testing compete without any leakage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only dozing granular motor agitator of capacity 0.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd CAT PT No 042009 A or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply only white suction and discharge tube of size 3/8” complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd Cat Pt No MALT002 or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply only calcium hypo chlorite 65% to 75% chlorine content in granular form complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for disconnecting of suction and delivery pipe and electric connections, from single phase pump sets motor of capacity 0.5 HP to 01 HP. and dismantling the pump sets complete from the foundation and strip opening the Old unserviceable motor at site to locate the fault and then transporting to the local work shop, opening the motor and cutting/removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing original standard wire gauge super enamelled copper wire including high quality ‘F’ class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating the stator till varnish fully dry properly. Re-assembling the motor and opening the pump side cleaning replacing the worn-out ball bearing, gun metal bush one, water seal, necessary packing etc which ever be required to making serviceable of pump sets, re-assembling pump with motor and installed to the pump set at site after complete repairs work as per existing position and testing compete without any leakage in delivery and suction side complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All as per Serial item No. 9 above but of capacity 1.5 to 2 HP

Material and labour for disconnecting of suction and delivery pipe and electric connections, from three phase centrifugal Monoblock/ coupled pump sets motor of capacity 03 HP and dismantling the pump sets complete from the foundation, strip opening the Old unserviceable motor at site to locate the fault and transporting to the local work shop, strip opening the motor and cutting/ removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing original wire gauge super enamelled copper wire including high quality ‘F' class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating the stator up to varnish fully dry and testing the motor at work shop up to satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, coupled the motor with pump and installed at site as per existing position, testing the pump set after complete work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting suction and delivery pipe lines from old unserviceable centrifugal horizontal/ Monoblock pump from motor of capacity 03 to 05 HP and opening the pump cleaning replacing the worn out part like, ball bearing, gun metal bush, pump shaft repair by lathe/replace, water seal, impeller any type and necessary packing etc which ever be required to making 100 % serviceable of pump sets, coupled pump with motor and installed at site as per existing including testing after complete repairs of work at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the three-phase electric supply from panel board and taking out the burned panel board wiring, removing the Old unserviceable parts like, Contactor, relays, timers, push button, NO/NC volt coils, Thermal over load relays etc and replace the same which be required to make 100% serviceability of starter of capacity 3 to 7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Serial item No. 25 above but capacity of 10 to 15 HP.

Supply and fixing in replacement of DOL Starter suitable for pump set of capacity up to 2 HP, single phase starter with relay capacity 2.5 to 10 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of DOL Starter suitable for pump set of capacity up to 5 HP, three phase starter with relay capacity 9.5 to 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Opening gland bracket/plate from pump set or sluice valve from gland hose of any type and capacity and fixing suitable size gland bracket/plate to avoid leakage of water from sluice valve and pump set complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling centrifugal horizontal pump set broken coupling and supply and fix the same love joy coupling with rubber RFC 13/RFC 15/RB 320-12 suitable for any type and capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric motor suitable for actuator of 200mm dia butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric motor suitable for actuator of 300mm dia butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric actuator for 200mm dia butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric actuator for 300mm dia butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing of foot valve by disconnecting the suction pipe all nut and bolts and taking up the pipe with foot valve from the underground sump and cleaning/serving the foot valve properly and reconnecting/ testing the same after complete servicing of foot valve at site of capacity 3 to 5 HP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of pump sets of capacity up to 3 HP of any type by scraping, removal by hard iron brush of existing paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of starter panel /LT panel for Pump set of any capacity pump by scraping, removal by hard iron brush of existing paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Disconnect and replace Old unserviceable water pressure gauge any type of capacity 14.7 psi to 10000 psi including necessary GI pipe connection of existing size complete as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement CI butterfly valve of size 80mm bore, confirming to IS 13095, class PN 16 single eccentric, double flanged short body type, SS 316 DISC with all fittings, nuts, bolts and washers with necessary rubber gasket and screwed both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement CI butterfly valve of size 100mm bore, confirming to IS 13095, class PN 16 single eccentric, double flanged short body type, SS 316 DISC with all fittings, nuts, bolts and washers with necessary rubber gasket and screwed both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of CPVC flanges of Size 100mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in replacement of 100mm bore cast iron equilibrium float valve, double beat type, rubber seated, copper float with lever arm, right angle pattern, compressed asbestos flanges, class 125 FF (drilled) including fixing arrangement to the existing CI/DI/CPVC inlet pipe along with necessary support and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of hydrant landing valve type 'A', single head outlet of 63mm dia conforming to IS 5290 including nuts, washers and gasket for flanged joints including painting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 79 here-in-before, but of double headed outlet.

Amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum.
