Design, Manufacture, Supply and Installation of roof with standing seam polycarbonate panel system. The complete assembly should be of co-extruded UV protected 16mm thick (minimum) multi-layered multicell polycarbonate panels incorporated into a complete system. Panels with multilayers in a combination of alternate angular translucent clear and opaque walls for angular daylighting to achieve required Lux Levels with improved variable shading throughout the day for better ambient temperature below the roof. Panels shall have minimum six layers. Panels shall be with grip-lock standing seam running lengthwise to accommodate the connectors with SS fastener resting on the base of the standing seam for better stability of the system. Panel system shall be assembled & installed on MS Structure (paid separately) with 3 numbers self-drilling screws & trapezoid SS fasteners to ensure a pull-out load of min. 7000N (7KN) tested as per ISO 6892:1998 and IS 1608: 2005. Panel widths shall be 1050-1200mm (as approved). Panels shall pass dart drop impact test as per IS 14443-97, shall show no sign of breakage on Polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min. of 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. Panels shall not have Yellowness Index as per ASTM D 1925 of 15 units when tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. All the above-mentioned test certificates shall be submitted by the manufacturer. U value shall not be more than 2.1 W/m2K as per EN ISO 10077-2:2018. Panel shall be with additional End cap / Aluminium U / F Profile / Glazing Bar (mill finish) for ends as required. Panel shall be fixed over M S structural steel / MS purlin (MS work paid separately) conforming to the detail technical specifications as per approved architectural drawings. Fixed with Trained and factory authorized labour with supervision to complete the entire panel installation as per drawing & direction of the engineer in charge. Dismantling old water proofing material on terrace floor, walls and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Consultancy charges for providing detailed stractural design and drawings of roof truss to support profile sheet and truss work in the front area to support Poly Carbonate Panels and design and drawings of footings, beam and column for Kitchen and Security rooms and Overhead Tanks including vetting from IIT, NIT or any Govt. Engineering Colleges. (3 sets of each approved drawings by AAI are to be submitted.)
