RequiredThe Contractor belonging to the Schedule Cast shall be domicile certificate of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years obtained from Tashildar should be uploaded.

RequiredThe Contractor belonging to the Schedule Cast Category should upload the Caste certificate of the respective caste issued by the competent authority. If the Contractor is a firm, then all the partners or members of the firm shall belongs to the Schedule Cast Category and should upload the caste certificate of all the members issued by the competent authority.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Amount put to the tender is exclusive of GST. GST will be paid at applicable rates at the time of payment of RA Bills. The increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor is responsible. Hence, the contractor should quote the rates including GST

As per Royalty charges is concerned, contractor should submit MDP for each material issued from Mines and Geology Department, GOK. Otherwise penalty charges will be recovered as per Nigam Circular No.8708 Dt:26.12.2023

Furnish the copy of valid Schedule Cast certificate issued from competent authority

Furnish the copy of valid Domicile certificate residing of 10 years issued from the competent authority

As per the Randamization process in KPP Portal the work is reserved for Schedule Cast category

The contractor is bound by prevailing labour act and other statutory requirements during the course of contract/ services.

Photo copies of the work under taken in the stages of before execution work under progress, and completion of the work should be produced at the time of submitting the bill by the contractor on his own cost.

If the amount quoted by the contractor for the work is below ninety percent of estimated amount put to tender or recast amount put to tender of the department, then the contractor shall furnish an additional performance security in the form of Bank Guarantee for any amount equivalent to the difference between the cost as per quoted percentage and 90% of the estimated amount put to tender or recast amount put to tender. In case of contractor quotation rates above 125% of the estimated rates then the amount over and above 125% will be withheld during the progress of work. The additional performance security will be released proportionately to the bill amount till the contractor achieves progress of the entire cost of the work as per agreement.

The conditional tender will be rejected.

A Cess of 1% of the agreement amount will be deducted as per Karnataka Building and other Labour Welfare Fund Act 1996 and Rules 2006

The Amount put to tender is exclusive of GST, Hence the Contractor should quote the rates excluding GST. The increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor is responsible.

Financial turnover previous years, and existing commitments / on going works shall be given a weightage of 10 % per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

Typographical errors, if any, will not be the ground for any claims by the Bidder/ Firm/ Company.

The tenderer shall furnish required information in all formats. Scan and upload all Formats/Original documents required for this bid to the kpp portal. The Original Formats/Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of l Bid for physical verification

The defect liability period for the work is 12 (Twelve) calendar months.

The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Any change / extensions, etc in the tender schedule (calendar of events) will not be published / advertised through news papers changes will be updated on/in kpp portal only

If any of the dates mentioned above happen to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good
