Repair of damaged floor inside benzene tank dyke wall at main tank farm in FACT Petro-UC

Dismantling and removing the existing CC/RCC works and conveying and depositing the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150m as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Earth work filling by conveying earth from a distance of 100m and putting in layers of 150mm thick and consolidating well.

Supplying, fabricating, and fixing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with High strength deformed bars Fe 500 grade conforming to IS 1786 including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with tying wire etc. complete.

Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels inside factory area.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M20 grade concrete with minimum cement content of 360kg /cum of concrete using Portland Pozzolana cement conforming to IS 1489, river sand/manufactured sand conforming to IS 383 and using 20mm and down hard granite broken stones including all charges for machine mixing concrete, transporting, laying, mechanically vibrating ,consolidating, curing, etc. complete and finished to a fair face to slopes/lines as specified including cost of cement and materials but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement (Quoted rate shall include bailing out water from all sources and causes)
