REPAIR/ MAINT/ SERVICING OF DG SET, DG PANELS, AMF PANELS AND CONNECTED LT ELECTRIC SYSTEM INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES ALONGWITH PAINTING WORK AT NAVAL BASE KOCHI

M & L for B- Check Servicing and cleaning of DG set of capacity up to 50 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for B- Check Servicing and cleaning of DG set of capacity 60 to 82.50 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for B- Check Servicing and cleaning of DG set of capacity 100 to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for B- Check Servicing and cleaning of DG set of capacity 200 to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for B- Check Servicing and cleaning of DG set of capacity 320 to 437.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for B- Check Servicing and cleaning of DG set of capacity 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed. The 'B' Check should be carried out through authorised dealer of OEM

M & L for B- Check Servicing and cleaning of DG set of capacity 625 KVA complete all as specified and directed. The'B' Check should be carried out through authorised dealer of OEM

M & L for B- Check Servicing and cleaning of DG set of capacity 810 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.The 'B' Check should be carried out through authorised dealer of OEM

Scope of work for item No. 1 to 8 shall be as under :- (a) Draining out unserviceable engine oil from engine, refill with new oil. (b) Cleaning all sludge/deposits in the oil sump and removal of dust deposited on DG set and its surroundings. (c) Replacing the primary, secondary and bye-pass fuel filters (d) Replacing oil filters (e) Cleaning of air filters (f) Replace unserviceable PVC fuel indication tube (g) Checking of battery terminals and crochodile clamp at site, (h) Supply and replacing unserviceable "D" clamp, nut bolt, washers, etc. (j) Checking of fan belt all nut bolt, etc (l) Top up the engine oil, radiator coolent and distilled water. (m) Tools for the repairs and safety of the mechanic/engineer shall be at contractor's risk. (n) Top up the distilled water in the battery if required. (o) Cleaning the radiator by using water blower/vacuume cleaner. (p) Checking of anti-vibration pad and replace with new one if required. (q) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclussive replace of oil filters/air filters etc. Note :- (i) Distilled water, Engine oil and radiater coolent if any will be measured and paid separately. (ii) All spares and parts used other than mentioned above shall be measured and paid separately and all spares shall be recommended by manufacturer of the respective DG set and shall be purchased from authorised dealer of OEM. (iii) Servicing of DG Set 500KVA and above should be carried out through authorised dealer of OEM ie, manufacturer of the respective DG Set make: Kirloskar/Catter Piller/Cummins/Ashok Leyland/Powerica, Greaves.

Supply and fix Radiator coolent coil suitable for DG set up to 50 kVA as per existing make & model complete all as specified.
