Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Construction of 02(Two) nos of 3-Lanned Bridge parallel to each other and it’s approaches (at the existing Garganda Bridge, near Birpara) at km 2.2 of New NH 317 in the district of Alipurduar, West Bengal, during the year 2025-26. Scope of work includes: 1. Hydrological survey of catchment area up to a suitable distance U/S and D/S of the proposed alignment. 2. Soil investigation work with minimum depth of boring 40m each for 8nos. location (one at each foundation of structure). 3. Tree felling survey & preparation of tree felling schedule, Topographical survey of alignment, ROW survey & marking, obtaining necessary NOC, Utility Survey, making proposal for shifting the utility services with the concerned authority, estimation for cost for shifting the utility services (to be obtained from the concerned authority). 4. Preparation of Conceptual Design (Preparation of General Alignment Drawing, Fixing of vertical as well as horizontal alignment) and obtaining approval of the competent Authority. 5. Hydrological data and Discharge calculation 6. Vetting of GAD & waterways from I & W Department, Govt of West Bengal 7. Design of suitable Bridge Foundation, Substructure and superstructure, approach roads, preparation of working drawing as per IRC specifications and preparation of estimate including detailed BOQ as per NH schedule of rates on vogue (in case the item of rates are not available in state or central government schedule of rates, then the rates to be analyzed as per Standard Data Book, MoRTH/market rate as directed by the authority. 8. Design & Detailing of protection works as per IRC specification. 9. Utility shifting estimate to be obtained from the concern Utility owning authority like WBSEDCL, PHE Department or any other authorities. 10. Preparation of land acquisition (LA) proposal & schedule, assisting the authority (by liaisoning) in land acquisition process. 11. Conducting a traffic survey for assessing the traffic volume for a period of 24 X 7 days and submission of comprehensive report.
