Mat finish (non skid), Premium class I grade, joint free, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 350x250/450x300x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.
