OD303803/2024-2025:Lifting the existing 15 HP submersible motor pump set with pipe without damage using necessary chain pully etc. including all charges.

OD303802/2024-2025:Dismantling the electric supply to the 15HP bore well type motor pump set, pulling out the motor pump set from the well using chain pulley block, de-coupling the delivery pipe, leading and loading to vehicle and conveying it to the nearest work shop and unloading including all charges.

OD303801/2024-2025:Charges for dismantling the defective stator coils of the 15HP motor completely by cutting and pulling out from slots, cleaning the slots with petrol and sand paper, insulating the slots with required insulating material, making coils with super quality PVC insulated copper winding wire of original gauge, inserting the coils into slots carefully, plugging the slots with wedges making connections, providing necessary lead wire tapping the winding, insulating the coils with high quality insulating varnish, baking, heating the windings to get required IR value and testing the motor at no load (less cost of dismantled copper wire scrap)

OD303800/2024-2025:Dismantling the existing 15 HP Bore well submersible pump after detaching the delivery pipe, mouth reducer, giving suitable support for dismantled pipes etc, taking out the impeller shaft assembly, removing any foreign materials from the pump, cleaning, checking the impeller leaves, supply and providing fresh gland packing, greasing the bearings, topping up the lubricating oil level etc, refitting the impeller shaft assembly, mouth reducer, suction pipes, etc. using fresh gasket including make it into good condition and scraping, cleaning and painting the pump with two coats of suitable enamel paint etc. complete including all charges.

OD303816/2024-2025:Supply and providing 63ATPN disconnector fuse switch unit in sheet steel enclosure with ISI marked HRC fuse on wall / angle iron frame including drilling holes in frame making connections etc as required.

OD303799/2024-2025:Lowering the repaired 15HP submersible motor with pipe without damage using necessary chain pully etc. including all charges.
