M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L RCC M-25 using 20 mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L RCC M-25 using 20 mm graded aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified.

M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete.

M&L Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter on flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete.

M&L MS steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length ,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to the distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete.

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes as in wheep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum filling as in invert filter , under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

Supply and fill graded coarse aggregate 20 mm as in invert filter complete all as specified

Supply and fill graded coarse aggregate 63- 40 mm as in invert filter complete all as specified . . Note for Item No 1.00 to 15.00 above:- (1) Extra Soil / Removal of soil obtained from excavation shall be used in filling work. (2) The Drawing No CEAGTD/STR/01/2014 (Sheet 1/2 and 2/2) shall be referred for execution of Retaining wall. The work shall be executed as per above drawing. The drawing shall be available at the office of AGE (B/R) Gandhinagar for reference.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep of soft/loose soil.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed..

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil complete.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-01 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in kerb stone, factory made and as approved by GE with plain fair faces including chamfering,weathering etc.complete with joint to match in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 , type - D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form-work as in sub base, finished surfaces fair and even complete.

M &L Sand filling (sand cushioning) under path for laying interlocking paver block complete.

M&L Glossy finished pre-polished coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in Cm 1:4 including finished the surfaces smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC rain water pipes single socketed in any length laid in trenches and under floor etc complete all as specified.

S&F Cast iron gratings square/rectangular in size fixed in vertical/ horizontal articles n. exc 5 kg each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement content complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement content complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping over drains including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for cutting hole/ opening of size 300 mm dia or 300x300 mm section (circular/ square) for depth 350 to 450 mm in cement concrete/ RCC walls ( where reinforcement is cut through) etc complete all as specified and directed. . Note - 1. The cutting area to be making good with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 or with cement plastering in CM 1:4. 2. Cutting to be done through power breakers or electric concrete cutter/ breakers .
