Intake structures:- Designing, constructing, testing and commissioning of 200mm dia siphon intake structure to be erected from BSL Canal complete within all respect in all leads and lifts. (Refer Vol. II Technical specifications & Vol. III Tech. data sheet No. 1.1)
Designing, constructing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant in 2.24 MLD (with 16 hours working per day) the shape of Rapid sand filters including cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical/Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same to the boundary of structures, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes Raw Water Tank, Inlet Chamber, inlet channel, Parshall flumes, C/O pre-sedimentation tank , wash lime solution tanks, Alum solution tanks with Dozining arrangement, Flash mixer, Mechnical Clariflocculator, Rapid sand filters, pipe gallery and clear water tank and plant building accommodating alum store, chemical handling and feeding room with safety measure, back wash pump cum air compressors room, pannel room, water testing laboratory and attendant room. The cost shall include office furniture also, providing and fixing of lighting arangements complete in all respect. Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units, Providing and setting up of all laboratory equipments etc. as per CPHEEO manuals appendix 15.90 (category-II) of 1999 addition shall be provided . Sizes of various units shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO. The design of various units shall conform to relevant IS Codes and specifications. All the water retaining stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC as per latest IS Code Site development i.e retaining wall/brest wall additing required to make platform for WTP. The components such as site development, C/O PCC/RCC retaining walls, breast walls upto battery limits of WTP, Dewatering, Approach road, interconnecting beatification including all allied works complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Battery limits shall be considered as 3.00m from the edge of the structure of the boundary of the land whichever is less. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully fucntional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.Site development i.e. retaining wall/breast wall additing required to make plateform for WTP. (Refer Vol. II Technical specifications & Vol. III Tech. data sheet No. 1.2)

All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Providing and fixing barbed wire fencing to WTP, pump houses, residences and other civil structures1.00 mtr. High fencing over brick masonary wall 1.30m high ISA 50x50x5mm posts @ 1.50m c/c with 7 horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire as per IS: 278-1962, Type-1, weighing 9.38 kg/100 mtr. minimum strained and fixed to posts with proper fixing arrangement. The ISA posts shall be embedded in 450mm deep cement concrete 1:2:4 with proper fastening arrangement and shall be protected using suitable primer and anticorrosive paint to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (i) Fencing work around WTP, pump houses, MBRs and SRs etc. (Refer Vol. II Technical specifications & Vol. III Tech. data sheet No. 1.6)
(ii) Design & construction of Type- IV residience . The type IV residence shall be aesthetically designed (to be approved by the competent authority). The work shall include all internal and external electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary fitting and other allied items. The clear height of wall shall be 3.00 mtrs. above upto slab level. The thickness of slab shall not be less than 100mm in all respect shall be included in plinth area rates. The outer doors & windows shall be in double shutters and aluminium grills for windows, internal wiring shall be in PVC conduit and providing & fixing 6 Nos. solarteck stand dush to dawn automatic operated with 74 watt panel, 74 Ah tubular battery with 1x11 watt LED with two days auonomy with 5 mtrs. pole complete in all respect in all leads and lifts. (Refer Vol. II Technical specifications & Vol. III Tech. data sheet No. 1.5)

It includes fixing /repairing/leakage in structure, channel, pipe line, pumping machinery etc. & proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples and required stages of treatment. Keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair and maintenance work, chemical dosing and time and hours of run of pumping machinery, removal of all kind of slips, slush, uprooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Planting and maintaining plants of the flowers/trees around the Pump Houses/ WTP/Storage tanks/Sump wells etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled & unskilled manpower, spare-parts, oil, grease, lubricants, chemicals and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing, refilling of gaseous cylinders including mechanical and head load carriage etc. and making standby arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationary and any other material etc. required for O& M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO Manual of the water supply and treatment( with latest addition(, HPPWD/HPIPH specifications, HPIPH Department norms and directions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practices.
