Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light Shade Vitrified Ceramic Tiles of design as approved 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc.. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of 1:6 cement mortar for laying floor finishes. Complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment

M&L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic Tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm / 600 x 300 x 7 mm thick in vertical surface such as wall/dado / skirting / risers to steps etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1.2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in 1.6 cement mortar. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement). Complete all as specified and directed.
