Checking of earlier executed works done by M/S SEW in order to taking over this line for rectification of all shortcomings within 30 days after issue of LOI.

Coping and muffing of different types of Tower foundation which is earlier done by previous agency also includes cost of transportation,men,materials and T & P.(Rates per Location)

Sorting,Shifting of tower parts from 132 KV S/S Aurai to working site,fabrication of tower parts and making hole as per required missing members then repleshment of fabricated members with the help of suitable size Nut bolts & washers as well as bolts should be properly tightened & punched. (rate inclusive all T & P's and labour charges but excluding the cost of tower parts & Nut bolts & washers which will be provided by department).

Checking and tightening of loose/missing nut bolts from bottom to top of different types of towers including gantry which are already erected including all cost of men,material and T&P.(Tack welding of Nut bolts should be done if required.)

Check survey and final peg marking.

Cost of excavation of 220 KV DC tower foundation pits including all earth work,back filling,levelling etc.

Cost of setting of stub including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation of following 220 KV DC towers including rate for setting of foundation bolt of Gantries shall not be paid extra.

Erection of super structure of all type of towers and Anchor tower and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware and accessories but including fitting of danger board,phase plate,and punching of bolts including all cost of T&P and labour charges and carriage of structure of towers from UPPTCL store to site and returning the balance material from site to store.

Erection of super structure including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware and accessories but including fitting of Number plate, danger board,phase plate,and punching of bolts for 220 KV river xing tower including all cost of T&P and labour charges and carriage of structure of towers from UPPTCL store to site and returning the balance material from site to store.

Tack welding of all the nut, bolts upto the height of one section of tower or 5 meter from the ground level whichever is higher with 3 tacks at 120 degree seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10/12 mm electrode and application of zinc rich aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material and T&P.

Laying ,tensioning,stringing,clamping,jointing etc.complete with ACSR ZEBRA conductor of all three phases including ,hoisting of insulator,fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories etc. of all three phases including all cost of labour, T&P and carriage of conductor from UPPTCL store to site and balance material from site to store.

Laying ,tensioning,stringing,clamping,jointing etc. of six phase of ACSR special DEER and One OPGW cable including hoisting of double tension/suspension fitting,insulator & all necessary accessories like P.A Rod,Vibration damper etc for ACSR conductor and OPGW cable from Anchor to Anchor span usinf 220 KV river crossing tower including all cost of labour,T&P and carriage of conductor from UPPTCL store to site.

Laying,stringing,tensioning,clamping,jointing,including fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories of OPGW & OFAC termination at substation ,end to end connectivity & testing etc and carriage of OPGW from UPPTCL store to site.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting,bending,placing and binding including all cost of men, material and T&P.

Pipe type earthing at required towers (rates includes cost of coke,salts,digging,lug pressing,and back filling,ramming&leveling etc.) but excluding the cost of pipe type earthng set including all cost of labour andT&P.

Lopping & Chopping of branches of different types of trees like Mango , Neem, Shisham,Pipal,Eucalyptus etc. falling in the range of corridor of the said 220 KV lines to provide the maximum clearance between the trees and conductor on the both side of tower/line with all due care of safety & precaution to avoid any damaged to near by building,power & telephone lines passing near by,crops,other near by trees etc.The work also includes removing & cleaning the line corridor after lopping & chopping of trees.

Cutting of following sizes various type of trees like mango,Neem,Shisham,Pipal,Eucalyptus etc.Falling in the range of corridor of the said 220 KV lines to provide the maximum clearance between the trees and conductor on the both side of tower/line with all due care of safety & precaution to avoid any damaged to near by building,power & telephone lines passing near by crops,other near by trees etc.The work also includes removing & cleaning the lines corridor after cutting of trees.

Dismentaling of 220 KV "A" type 4 nos. & "B" type 4 nos. DC towers located at old location no. AP 11A/0,11/2, 39,43/2,48,49/1,60,65/1 & 65/2 are presentaly unutilized for construction due to diversion of DFCCIL as per requirement including all associated work above ground and proper opening of Nut bolt & washer,all tower parts including Danger plate,Phase plate and number plate etc through cutting of tack welding of Nut Bolt including all cost of men and T & P.

Transpotation of old & dismentalled tower parts 36 MT(approx 30 KM) and 14.72 MT(approx 2 KM) by way of loading on private vehicle from different site to Aurai store and unloading, stacking as per direction of S.D.O/J.E.
