M & L for Providing 75 mm thick precast (Factory Made) cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Size 1.0 x 0.5m)

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain, making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round of ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150/200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in surface channels / drains, including necessary formwork, finished to required shape all as directed complete.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channels 30 cm inner girth in Cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc. in manholes. (inner girth only measured).

Cleaning and clearing of underground sewage line of size upt 200mm bore pipe.(including manholes by taking off mabhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground and any depth by removing any tpe of blockage including desiliting and de-chocking with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacume type machine on LCH/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fibe braided water jetting hose and through conica/round shape nozzle pipe and flusing after cleaning including clearing of manholes (Sludge/Sludge water shall be disposed off in covered containers at authorized dumping site declared by local administratrion out side MD land complete all as specifed and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Contractor shall bring the high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacume) type machine monted on LCV/HCV with in 72 hours after the requirement has been notified by the Engineer-in-Charge in the site order book. (b) If contrctor fails to bring the machine within 72 hours and in case of occurrence of blokage after this period contrctor will cleared within 24 hours at his own cost, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 2000 per day will levied.

M&L for providing water proofing tratment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction 5/2003 by adding: (a) 15mm thick plaster (1:4) cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement on floor and wall , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allwed to dry. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. complete all as specified and directed.
