Maintenance of NH22 (New NH05) from km131/0 to 145/100 and 0/0 to 13/0 on Kalka Shimla Wangtoo road for the year 2026-27(

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area lead lift and carriage of material by all mode of transportation as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Removal of earth from the choked hill side drain and disposing it on the valley side manually lead lift and carriage of material by all mode of transportation as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

White washing with lime to give an even shade Old work (Two coats) on Parapets, Trees, B/wall and V-shape drain etc. including all kind of leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Removal of lalndsilde slips in hilly areas ( road side) in ordinary roak not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimmuing of slopes and disposal of cut materials including all kind of leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Maintenance of earthen shoulder for making up loss of material / irregularities on shoulder to lkthe desing level by ading fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment OMC upto a lead of 1000 mtrs. as per technical specification clause 1903 including all lead lift and carriage of material by all mode of transportation as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Hiring of Excavator cum loader for removal of snow, slips in the snow bound area for the smooth flow of traffic and for clearance of drains with a minimum capacity f 45.00 cum per hours, minimum working six hours per day including mobilization of machines, along with pay of operators, POL chatges etc. Maintenance or any minor r major accidents and other damages to private and Govt. property is the whole responsibility of the contractor. The work shall be executed as per the MORT&H specification and the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Hiring of Tipper for removal slips/debris in the hilly area for the smooth flow of traffic with 5.5 cum capcity and minimum working six hours per day including mobilization of machines, along with pay of operators, POL charges etc. Maintenance or any minor or major accidents and other damages to private and Govt. property is the whole responsibility of the contractor. The work shall be executed as per the MORT&H specification and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and stacking clean coarse/ crushed sand which should be hard durable chemically inert clean free from adherent coating particles or organic matter and shuld not contain impurities like salt or other materials in such from and quality so as to effect adversely its durability. The amount of deleterious substance shall not exceeding 4% in case of clay salt sand fine dust complete for spreading of sand in snw bound area for smooth plying of vehcular traffic in all respect in stacks as per instructions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Hiring of Mahindra Pickup of equivalent for local shifting of labour and spreading of sand in snow bound area. The contractor / owner of the tipper shall bear the expensive of P.O.L charges, repair of machineries. Any accident and other clamages to the private and govt. property occur during the working hour's is the responsibility of the contractor and debris disposal within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer.

Hiring of labour for removal of slips, removal of snow and the daily maintenance work as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
