OD195286/2025-2026:Providing and making Gabion structures with Mechanically Woven Double twisted Hexagonal shaped wire mesh gabion boxes 1m or 0.5m High(as per dwg),1M width, length will vary as per requirement , with diaphragms in every 1M, for gabions of length higher than 1.5M as per standards as per IS 16014:2012 ,MORTH clause 2500 , of required size , Mesh type 10x12 ( D=100mm ),Zinc+PVC coated, Mesh Wire dia. 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged / selvedged, with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of dia 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), supplied @ 3% by weight of gabion boxes ,filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm ,as per drawing ,all complete as per directions of engineer-in charge

15.6:Laying of a geotextile filter between pitching and embankment slopes on which pitching is laid to prevent escape of the embankment material through the voids of the stone pitching/cement concrete blocks as well as to allow free movement of water without creating any uplift head on the pitching.

3.17:Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

3.16:Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.
