OUTSOURCING FOR MANNING OF PASSENGER LIFTS IN HIGH RISE BUILDINGS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STATION HALWARA

All as per Srl item No 1.00 above but group of building of five complex having building Nos 405, 406, 407, 408 & 409

All as per Srl item No 1.00 here-in-before but group of building of two complex having buildings Nos 397 & 398

All as per Srl item No 1.00 here-in-before but group of all building for the period from 0900hrs to 1700hrs day duty in one shift only

Notes for item No 1 to 4:- Thge contractor shall employ one semi-skilled operator (ITI qualified in any trade) for each shift duty in passenger lifts. Rates quoted for outsourcing the services as described in Srl No 1.00 to 4.00 here-in-before and shall includes the following :- (i) Worker's wages per person for Semi-skilled (ITI Operator) = Rs. 492.00 Per day. (ii) Employees state insurance @3.25% on wages as per existing rules. (iii) EPF, EPS, EDLIS and administrative charges @ 13% on wages as per exisiting rules. (iv) Bonus if applicable as per existing rules. (v) LWC @ 1% on (i) to (iv) above as per existing rules. (vi) GST@ 18% on (i) to (v) above as per existing rules. (vii) EPF-not applicable (for wages more than Rs 15000.00 per month as per existing rules) (viii) Overhead charges and contractor's profit is deemed to be included in the shift rates quoted and nothing extra shall be adimssible on this account. If a firm quotes Nil charges against over head and profit charges, his bid will not be considered for acceptance. (ix) The rates quoted shall not be less than minium wages as notified by Govt of India/State Govt/ local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Taxes etc as applicable. (x) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on the past records and factors like Class of contractor, financial soundness, Performance achieved and work experience for last two years etc. (xi) If during currency of work any rate increases then contractor has to paid increase rates to the workers and his quoted rate is inclusive for the same. Nothing extra is admissable on this account. (xii) Contractor shall not engage child labour in the work. (xiii) Contractor shall provide uniform with name plate as approved by GE/Engineer In Charge to the workers.

(xiv) Worker to be provided with basic phone (without cameras) for obtaining necessary direction from the JE/Engineer in-charge. (xv) Each worker shall be submitted affidavit in stamp paper duly notary attested that he will not claim employment from Department. (xvi) No worker to be engaged in continuous shifts operations . Workers employed during previous year contract for the same work shall not be employed again for this work. (xvii) The tenderer shall have full knowledge for group of buildings/complex to be attended under respective items of BOQ. (xviii) The contractor shall prepare duty roster well in advance and get it approved from Engr-in-Charge and one copy of the duty roster shall be displayed in the notice board installed at site of work. (xix) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (xx) Contractos accidental/ insuance for each worker employed. (xxi) Also refer Sch Á' notes given in tender documents.
