Eligibility Criteria

The tenderer should be registered with the Karnataka Labour Department for the supply of manpower. The agency shall provide the valid registration certificate for the concurrent period.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should have registered with EPF and ESI departments and should furnish certified copies of registration along with enrollment numbers.

The tenderer should have registered with GST/Service tax department and furnish the GST/ Service tax registration certificate.

The tenderer should have registered under Professions Tax Act and furnish corresponding Certificate of registration.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

The tenderer shall scan & upload all the Original documents required for this bid to the e-procurement portal. The Original documents shall produce at the time of opening of bid for physical verification.

The contractor should visit the site before uploading the tender and get the letter duly signed by concerned AEE.

The bidder should follow all terms and conditions of tender document

The tenderers whose contracts have been terminated/ fore closed by any employer during the previous years due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations/ noncompliance of statutory obligations are not eligible to bid. The tenderer should clearly specify and submit declaration stating that they do not fall under this category.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (a) should have an experience of at least 3 years in providing manpower to one or more state/ central Government departments / organizations/ under takings/ corporations and should have rendered services satisfactorily.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (b) the tenderer should have in the last 5 year period achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.7.89 lakhs.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (c) Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work (Manpower supply) of valve not less than Rs.4.00 lakhs.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (d) Supplied at least 4 manpower in any one year to one or more state / Central Government departments/ Organisations / Undertakings / Corporations and should have rendered services satisfactorily.

The tenderer should be ISO-9001 certified for manpower supply.
