Light weight structural steel fabrication and erection at site for roof purlins, truss members etc., using standard GI sections as supplied from Stores, including painting two coats with chlorinated rubber paint above one coat of primer, setting and fixing to position by welding/ bolting, all safety precautions to men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all other incidental expenses etc., complete.

Formwork using plywood sheets, M.S. sheets, wooden planks, wooden/M.S. props, structs, bracings etc., for foundation footings, pedestal etc., as per standard practices, dissembling the formwork and clearing the area, including all labour charges, hire for formwork materials, all safety precautions etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 using 20mm and down grade approved quality hard blue granite broken stone for foundation footings, equipment foundations, including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire for tools and plants, cost of consumables, all safety precautions etc., complete. (Required cement will be issued free of cost).

Roofing, side cladding etc., with GALVALUME SHEETS of required size and shape in required position, roofing sheets of all sizes at all locations and height up to 7M from existing ground level, using new galvalume roofing sheets, including all cost of sheet. TATA /JSW/EVEREST with 0.50mm thick grey coloured sheet to be used, drilling/holes for bolting, fitting the roofing sheets in position with suitable G.I. bolts, nuts, G.I. washer, etc., covering bolt holes in sheets with sealants , roofing compound etc., including all labour charges, hire for tools, standard lifts, devices, scaffolding charges, all protection works to workers, materials, equipments, machineries, cables etc., at contractors risk.

Reinforcement work with M.S/tor steel rods of all dia for foundation, column, retaining wall etc. excluding cost of reinforcement rods (which will be issued free of cost by TCC) but including cost of 16g. G.I. binding wire, straightening, marking, cutting, bending, placing in position, tying with required binding wire, including all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, cost of consumables, all conveyance charges, all safety precautions etc., complete.

Masonry work with solid concrete blocks of size 30x20x15 /30x20x10 or nearest available for walls in cement mortar 1:6 for all thickness, sizes and shapes using approved quality and size country burnt bricks at all elevations and locations upto 6M above existing ground level, including racking and hacking the surface for proper grip, including bailing/pumping out water from foundation trenches and pits with required number of fuel driven pump sets of adequate capacities, including all labour charges, cost of all materials, hire for tools and plants, curing, all safety precautions etc., complete. (Cement will be issued free of cost by TCC).

fixing ridges above roof with galvalume ridges of standard size and shape of minimum 600mm wide as per standard pratice ,including all safety precuations to men and materials at contractors risk and cost ,all labour charge ,all cost of ridges with minimum 0.50mm thick etc.(TATA/JSW/EVEREST with 0.5 mm thickness,grey coloured)

Providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 to all thickness using 40mm nominal size blue granite broken stone to the required lines and levels for foundation, flooring etc., mixing, placing, consolidating, including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire for tools, plants etc., all consumables, all safety precautions etc., cmplete. (Required cement will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Plastering with cement sand mortar 1:3,15 mm thick using approved branded M-Sand of POABS make up to a height of 3m for all surfaces like wall, floors,etc after preparation of surface for getting proper grip of cement mortar including cost of materials, labour charges, hire for tools and plants, cost of labour consumables,including all safety measures like safety net,safety belts, helmets, goggles/face shields, safety shoes,at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge including obtaining work permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day etc including mixing of suitable water proofing materials supplied separately,complete.(Required quantity of cement will be issued free of cost)

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil up to 2.5m by mechacical means/manual means,including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m as directed by engineer in charge.all kinds of soil. and levelling,bailing out/pumping out water from pit if any at contractors risk and disposal of surplus earth after back filling including all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all safety precautions etc., complete.
