OD382902/2025-2026:Providing and fixing 0.35mm GI trafford powder coated sheet (size ,shape,ans pitch of corrugatio of approved by engineer) 0.50 mm(+0.05%)total coated thickness with 120 grams per square meter as per IS:277,in 240mpa steel grae 5-7 micrones epoxy primer on oth side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns .Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micrns minimum to avoid scraches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 meter or as desired by engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.50x55 mm) with EPDM seal ,complete upm to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface,excluding the cost of purlings,rafters and trusses and incuding cutting to size shape wherever required.

10.26.1:Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approves steel primer.M.S. tube

12.26.2:Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately).6 mm thick Cement bonded wood particle board as per IS:14276

9.48.2:Providing and fixing M.S. Grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to openings/ wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc

50.2.26.1:Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

14.5.1:Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty :Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
