REPAIR/MAINT OF ELETRICAL WIRING AND REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE FLAME PROOF LIGHT FITTINGS-FIXTURES WITH NEW LED LIGHT FITTING- FIXTURE, BUILDING SECURITY LIGHT, LIGHTENING PROTECTION SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATION UNDER GE (N)

Taking down carefully old unserviceable point wiring complete incl fittings such as switches, conduit,wires,celling roses, light fittings etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including steel conduit and steel conduit accessories such as threaded type steel junction boxes ,threaded sockets,bends etc ISI marked medium grade concealed in wall/fixed to roof/ceiling etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheated copper conductor cable FRLSH ISI marked as earth continuity conductor for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switches complete all as specified and as directed. .- Note :- (i) One run of steel conduit pipe,two runs of PVC wire and one run of earth wire will be measured as one length. (ii) The chases in the wall shall be cut with elect cutter (iii) The disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good with cement plaster 1: 4 including matching the surfaces with two coats of white wash / colour wash all as per existing finishes and to the entire satisfaction.

M&L in repairs for two single core (submain) PVC insulated cable with 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area FRLSH multistranded copper conductor,1100 volt grade and one single core green PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor earth continuity cable drawn through non metallic, medium duty, rigid MS conduit not less than 25 mm dia concealed in wall including all conduit and fixing accessories including taking down existing sub main wiring, cutting chases as required & making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as directed. [Note:- (I) The cost for taking down,cutting, chases & making good as required shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (II) Two run of submain wire, one run of earth wire and one run of MS conduit shall be measured as one RM]

M&L for concealed sub main wiring with 3 run of 4.00 sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor drawn in PVC rigid non- metallic conduit complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Three run of submain wiring cable alongwith 20mm PVC conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit length.

S & F in replacement LED 1 x 16 Watt industrial Flame proof tube light fittings,CMRI certified complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement LED/HPMV/HPSV 1x8 Watt industrial Flame proof tube light fittings pendent type fitted on the roof ceiling hook, CMRI certified, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for 8 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door, single pole & neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar, IP-20 protection suitable for fixing MCB"S/lsolators complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB, Single pole & neutral,6 to 40 amps, 240 volts, ‘C’ curve, 10KA all complete as specified and as directed.
