Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding, flooring above ground floors) including roof treatment and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding (average thikness 50mm thick) complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified. NOTE : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M & L for prepration of surface and providing Waterproofing membrane moisture cured, Polyurethane elastomeric liquid membrane waterproofing coating cold applied with brush/roller, with an elongation of >500% and tensile strength of 2 MPa as per ASTM D 412, 90 % Solid Content, shore A Hardness of min 50 as per ASTM D 2240, The system includes final base preparation as per note given below, PU primer application at 8Sqm/L and applying PU chemical in two coats at 1.8 kg per Sqm providing 1.5 mm DFT, complete as per Manufacturer specifications, Waterproofing membrane to be terminated on parapet wall in a V groove of size 25 mm x 25 mm atleast 300 mm above FFL which should be sealed with Polymer Mortar complete all as specified and directed for work in building/structure of any height, Completed as per manufacturer instruction. Note: Surface Preparation: (i) The surface to be treated should be sound and free from all types of dirt, dust and debris. Clean surface by brushing, scraping or chipping to eliminate all defective materials and foreign matter. Proper surface preparation needs dry mechanical grinding to expose base Substrate. Making of angle fillets(75mmx75mm all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex (ii) All construction joints and cracks > 1mm shall be treated by cutting V groove and filling with polymer modified SBR Latex and reinforced with geotextile membrane dipped in PU liquid Membrane before the 1st coat application. (Non Accessible roofs)

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Removing existing water proofing/black top treatment (including concrete padding) roughening of concrete surfaces, cleaning and washing down the surfaces with water and removing devris/ruvvish materrials outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing from site and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc. 0.11 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone or brick masonry surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of ceilings including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included use of scaffoldings, trestles, ladders, cradles etc, necessary for execution of work and protective measures of any height.
