Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only,integral water proofing compound all as specified.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, second-class hard wood timber scantlings, clean sawn, in unframed works and in any position, fixed with nails including dismantling existing timber scantling in unframed work, 40 Sq cm and over in section, in any position,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,1.25mm thick, mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size,holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg per square metre supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,4 mm thick,asbestos cement plain building boards,fixed to timber framework with screws in ceiling flat or sloping, including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation,etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets,any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling,size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick, high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) in padding of roof slabs,covings of chajjas etc.,roughening surfaces of old concrete roof slab/chajjas by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.,brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster/screed, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregates,complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Waterproofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Removing existing tarfelt,taking down existing plaster etc. from roof slabs,chajjas,parapet etc.,roughening surfaces of old concrete roof slab/chajjas/parapet etc. by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.,brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster/screed, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Waterproofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Materials and Labour for providing waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces by application of cold applied bituminous primer as per manufacturer's instructions, providing and laying 3.00 mm thick, plain finish, APP modified bitumenous waterproofing and damp proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement (Non-Woven Polyester Mat), conforming to IS 16532 :2017 (Dimensions and weight of APP membrane polyester as per Table 2 of IS), by forced (torch on) application, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I,including provision of ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 210 gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, 20 mm bore and including dismantling existing water tanks and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixin repairs, gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed
