Cost of Insurance for the Event (cover legal liabilities on account of destruction of or damage to property of the participants and all legal public liabilities incurred by the organizers on account of any incident including but not restricted to injury to or death of any person(s) entering the fair premises legitimately during the period. Policy towards following contingencies should be part of project/Event cost: 1) Towards Public Liability (based on footfall). 2) Policy towards Infrastructure damage/Fire/Roits. 3) Natural calamities etc.)
