MW (CONSERVATION) REPAIRS TO THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CELLS (CLOISTERS) AT GREAT MOSQUE AND GRANARY, GANDIKOTA, YSR KADAPA DISTRICT, A.P.

Fixing scaffolding system (cup lock type) with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration and removing it after completion of work. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings. runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete including all taxes ete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removal of the peeled off plastering of mosque both external and internal surfaces, over the prakara walls etc., and preparing the same surfaces by doing wire brushing/coir brushing, washing with potable water neatly and removal of dead plaster completely over the dilapidated surfaces for providing fresh lime plastering with lime mortar including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, stocking and arrangement of shade during the execution of the work etc as directed by the site in-charge.

Lime plastering to the exposed brick work including providing plastering with 12 to 15mm thick lime mortar 1:2 with the addition of natural ingredients and finely finishing the surfaces with 3mm thick sivara coat in lime Surkhi mortar 1:1:1 with an addition of natural additives with hand grinding and finish neatly to the surfaces as per original including cost. conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, hand grinding, colouring, scaffolding charges, stacking and arrangement of shade during the execution of the work etc as directed by the site in-charge.

lime plastering to the exposed brick jelly concrete for flooring area including providing plastering with 12 to 15mm thick lime mortar 1:2 with the addition of natural ingredients and finish neatly to the surfaces as per original including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing, hand grinding. colouring, stacking and arrangement of shade during the execution of the work etc as directed by the site in-charge.

Colour washing the both internal and external wall surfaces of mosque in two coats after thoroughly scraping the surfaces without damaging plaster etc. Including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of all material and labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc as directed by the site in-charge.
