Providing and fixing double charger vitrified tiles of size 1200x600X10mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make like SOMANI / KAJARIA in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in flooring and 12 mm thick CM (1:3) in skirting, including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. (Quoted rate shall be including removal of old damaged tiles / existing flooring up to required thickness, preparation of the surface and the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed. (Note: Tile size will be decided by the EIC)

Providing and laying matt finished anti skid Vitrified tile flooring for toilets and wash rooms of size 600x600x10 of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as steps etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. (Note: Quoted rate shall be including removal of old damaged tiles / existing flooring up to required thickness, preparation of the surface and the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, Ultratech & Nagarjuna) and all materials complete all as directed. (Note: Tiles size will be decided by the EIC)

Providing and fixing 1st quality, up to 10 mm thick (edge cut) Ceramic Glazed wall tiles of size (1200x600mm) (Concept Design) conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA in all colours and shades, laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade. (Note: Quoted rate shall be including removal of old damaged wall tiles/mossaic daddo and preparation of the surface with one layer of 15mm thick CM (1:6) and the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed. (Note:Concept design and tiles size will be decided by the EIC)

Providing & fixing Upvc 3 track sliding windows with 5mm thick frosted toughened glass shutters of 2 Nos and One no of mosquito mesh with SS304 shutter with locking arrangements of approved make kommerling / NCL / Aparna Venster or equlvaient including all accessories etc., complete all as per the direction. (Note: Item includes removal of old damaged Aluminium window shutter along with MS grill and same is handed over to Colony Office)

Supply and fixing of Aluminium powder coated Mesh Doors for entrance Doors, Mesh shall be SS 304 grade including necessary SS fixtures like aldrop, Tower bolts, hinges etc., complete all as directed. (Note: Al. powder coated Colour and frame size will be decided by EIC) (Aluminium channel make is Jindal)

Removing of old paint by machine scrapping & sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, holes etc.,Item includs necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required etc., complete all as directed.

Applying two coats of putty of thickness is 1mm of approved brands Birla / JK to new wall surfaces including applying suitable primer including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality acrylic Interior emulision paint over a coat primer,required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine ) / Berger (silky luxury) including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed.
