Extra work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around mansonry, in 15cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 meters (HSR 6.6)

Cement concrete 1:6:12 with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation & plinth (HSR 10.32)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation & plinth (HSR 10.41)

Cement concrete 1:1½:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in slabs with inclination not exceeding 25 degree with horizontal, excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering , laid in position, complete in all respects. (HSR 10.82+10.95(a))

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation & plinth (HSR 11.4)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (HSR 15.5)

Cement rendering on plaster 1mm thick (HSR 15.75)

Fe-500 EQR TMT steel bars for RCC, works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending, binding and placing in position complete. (HSR 18.22)

Providing & placing in horizontal layers filtering media screened, washed & cleaned as described below:- (HSR 28.50) a) Top Layer Fine sand screened, cleaned & washed & graded (effective size 0.2 to 0.4 mm with uniformity coefficient 2.0 to 3.0 )from Ghaggar or other approved source

b) Second Layer Coursed sand screened, cleaned & washed & graded from 3 mm to 6 mm (from Ghaggar or approved equivalent quarry)

c) Third Layer Bajri screened washed & graded from 6 mm to 20 mm (from Ghaggar or approved equivalent quarry)

d) Fourth Layer Bajri (coursed) screened & washed graded from 20 mm to 25 mm (from Ghaggar or approved equivalent quarry)

e) Bottom Layer Broken stone, screened, washed & graded from 50 mm to 75 mm (from Ghaggar or approved equivalent quarry)

Construtction brick masonary inspection chamber sizes as given below upto 0.60 meter average depth in cement mortar 1:5 lime concrete with 40% lime mortar 2:3 in foundation cement concrete 1:2:4 benching 12mm thick cement plaster 1:2 with a floating coat of 1 mm thick of neat cement R.C.C 1:2:4 slab 100mm thick CC topping 3.50mm thick with 455mm x 455mm/455mm x 610mm indise light duty C.I. inspection chamber cover & frame weight as per ISI specifications painted with 3 coats of black bitumastic superior paint complete as per standard design. (HSR 29.84) C) Size 600 mm x 900 mm inside (with 455mm x 455mm cover & frame light duty single seal weiging 20 Kg with R.C.C slab)

Providing and fixing SRFC MANHOLE COVERS AND FRAMES MAKRED WITH IS: 12592 including setting the same to correct lines and levels in 1:2 cement sand mortar over manhole including carriage loading, unloading stacking handling rehandling etc, complete in all resepects to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (HSR 29.94)

Drilling 450mm dia bore by hydraulic rotary drilling Reverse Circulation metnod generally according to ISI specification no.Brs-2800-1991 (Part-I) as amended upto date but modified to the extent of the specification attached with the schedule of items of work in all kind of soils. Boulders upto 125mm dia except rocky, included the cost of all consumables stores fuel accessories to the site of proposed bors & back (N.S)

Providing, jointing & lowering 250mm internal dia 10 Kg. Presure per Sqm/ Cm PVC pipe and special as per related I.S.I. specification into trenches (As per strats) to correct alighment gradients level etc. including all dressing and trimming complete in all respect and to the intire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge (N.S.)

Providing, jointing & lowering 250mm internal dia slotted 10 Kg. Presure per Sqm / Cm PVC pipe and special as per I.S 4985 specification into trenches to correct alighment gradients level etc. including all dressing and trimming complete in all respect and to the intire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge (N.S.)

Providing and fixing of 250mm internal dia 10 Kg. Presure per Sqm / Cm PVC bend. ISI marked complete in all respect and to the intire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge (N.S.)

Providing and fixing PVC grating cap ISI marked for 250mm internal dia pipe complete in all respect and to the intire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge (N.S.)

Testing of recharge well tubewell by compressure and to the intire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge (N.S.)

Providing, jointing & lowering 150mm internal dia 6 Kg. Presure per Sqm/ Cm PVC pipe ISI mark and special as per related I.S.I. specification into trenches (As per strats) to correct alighment gradients level etc. including excavation of trench for pipe with all dressing and trimming for drain out rain water to harvesting well complete in all respect and to the intire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge (N.S.)
