Dismantling of OH ACSR conductor of any size and kept in safe custody for reuse/removing unserviceable conductor from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labours for restraing of any size ACSR conductor obtained from item no. 1 above including maintaining proper span sag, jumpering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable including taking out old bricks from trenches and separating serviceable bricks and set aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying PCC bricks of size 225mmx115mmx65mm for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labours for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 50 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of BoQ ).

Material and labours 40 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Tata/Jindal/Bansal

Material and labours 50 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Tata/Jindal/Bansal

Material and labours for taking out old unserviceable cable of any size , GI pipe protection, bricks including separating serviceable bricks and set aside and removing un-serviceable bricks from position all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing and connecting accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (Make: Havell's/ POLYCAB/ Gloster) (NOTE: Earthwork and Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ).

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with Copper conductor of cross sectional area 4 sqmm 4 core with all fixing and connecting accessories such as copper cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (Make: HAVELLS/ POLYCAB/GLOSTER) (NOTE: Earthwork and Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ).

Laying only cable any sizes obtained from item No 11 with all fixtures and connecting accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts and washer etc complete as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of heat shrink LT cable straight through jointing kit suitable for 1100 volts grade 120-70 Sqmm, 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: RAYCHEM/3M/DENSONS

Supply, fixing and testing of heat shrink LT cable straight through jointing kit suitable for 1100 volts grade 25-50 sqmm 4.0 core cable complete all as specified and as directed Make : Raychem/ 3M / Densons.
