Periodical Special Assistance for the Annual Overhauling/Routine Preventive/Breakdown/ emergency maintenance works of I&C systems/equipments pertains to Units-5 to 8 MRHS,SPM Analyzers and Bunker Level Monitoring systems for a period of ONE year.

Routine monitoring/Preventive maintenance/Breakdown/ Emergency/Regular servicing of pneumatic cylinders,solenoid valves,Limit switches & Pressures switches pertains to Units-5,6&7 Mill Reject Handling System(MRHS).2.Operation and maintenance of Dense Phase Mill Reject Handling System of Unit-8.The work involves a) Operation and maintenance of DPMRHS PLC system. b) I&C Maintenance works of Air Compressor.c) Servicing/recalibration of solenoid valves,Limit/proximity switches & Pressures switches etc.3.Routine monitoring/maintenance of SPM analyzer systems pertains to Unit-5 to 8.The work involves a)Cleaning/servicing of transmitters & Reflector units and blower filters of SPM analyzers, pertains to Units- 5 to 8.b)Carrying out maintenance works under the supervision of I&C engineer. Regular monitoring/checking healthiness of Unit-7&8 coal bunker level monitoring systems.4.Routine maintenance of bunker level monitoring systems.The work involves a)Cleaning/Checking of 3D Level sensors.b)Cleaning/checking healthiness of local control panel at bunker floor.c)Ensuring healthiness of signals to Control Room PC,DCS&CHP control room digital indicators.5.Regular monitoring/maintenance of HFO tanks Level measurement systems.The work involves a)Cleaning/checking healthiness of Radar Level Transmitters installed at HFO tanks.b)Cleaning/checking healthiness of local digital indicators installed at FOPH.c)Cleaning/checking healthiness of PLC unit installed at UCB-7.6.The nature of work is round the clock maintenance.7.The cleaning/servicing and maintenance works of all the above mentioned systems shall be carried out during units AOH period.8.The required T&P and PPE for carrying out maintenance works shall be arranged by the contractor/agency itself.
