Hoist details: Supply and Fabrication of Steel hoist bridge for single stem Nut type screw gear box hoist consisting of base plate- 400x200x8mm- 4nos, CI gear box base plate- 400x300x16mm -1no, supporting beams- ISMB 150- 1800 mm long- 2 nos, anchor bar- Dia 20mm -350mm long- 16 nos,chequered plate- 1500x400x6mm - 1 no, with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, consumables, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.The cost is inclusive of contractor profit @7.5% and labour cess @1%.

Erection, positioning, alligning, fixing, trial and commissioning: Erection, positioning, alligning, fixing, trial and commissioning including unloading and shifting upto location of all components of 1st stage and 2nd stage Embedded parts (consisting of sill beam, wall liners, track plates etc), Vertical Gate leaf (complete assembly with fixing of bronze pad, rubber seals), Steel hoist bridge assembly (consisting of hoist platform, Screw rod, lifting gear box, supporting beams, base plates, anchor bolts etc) with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing total 2109.60 kg gate including consumables all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. The cost is inclusive of contractor profit @7.5% and labour cess @1%.

Boughtout Items: Supply of following bought out materials per gate LTB-1 Bronze pad of size 80 x 30 x 12mm - 4 nos., Bottom Seal ( plate-75x10mm ) - 1200 mm - 1 no, Side Seal ( dia 25-70x10mm )- 1500 mm-2 nos, 1st stage embedments, Dia 16 Studs, bolts, nuts, washers etc. 20Kg, Nut type screw Gear box assembly suitably square threaded for 63 mm Dia screw rod - 1 no, anchor bars 16 nos, liting pin - 1no, Screw rod 63mm Dia suitable square threaded to M62x9 including cost of material, straightening and machining. -2 Meter Long - 1 No, 63mm Dia Round-1.7 Meter long - 1no, Lubricant like grease & mobil - 2 kg,Gate Lifting Handle 1 no. as per direction of Engineer in charge. The cost is inclusive of contractor profit @7.5% and labour cess @1%.

Painting : Painting of 2nd stage embeded parts(exposed portion), all steel surface of gate including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat primer of 40 micron thick & three coats of final paint of 100 micron each, all inclusive of labour, materials & consumables as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Painting cost of Embeded part (With one coat Zinc primer & 3 coats of Coal tar epoxy paint), Gate Leaf (With one coat Zinc primer & 3 coats of Coal tar epoxy paint), Hoisting Platform (With one coat Zinc primer & 3 coats of Aluminium paint) as per direction of Engineer in charge.The cost is inclusive of contractor profit @7.5% and labour cess @1%.

Extra Items: Labour charges for vent cleaning-Helper 2 Nos for one day, Construction of coffer dam by sand bag 50nos. @ Rs30/- and dismantling after completion of work including cost of labour and sand bag , pump with 10HP Diesel engine for dewatering of entrapped water- 8 Hrs, Watch and Ward, watchman-2nos for 3days 2nd stage Concreting Cutting-0.89cum, 2nd stage Concrete - 0.62cum as per direction of Engineer- in-charge..The cost is inclusive of contractor profit @7.5% and labour cess @1%.

Transportation: Transportation charges (Truck & Tractor) Steel material from SAIL stockyard to workshop and finished gate from workshop to work site(75km) with all bought out and erection material including cost of loading & unloading 1 trip as per direction of Engineer in charge. The cost is inclusive of contractor profit @7.5% and labour cess @1%.
