1. Firm should have supplied at least one Operational Theatre Light to any Railway Hospitals/Government Hospitals or any reputed hospitals in India. Performance report from these institutions should be submitted along with the offer. 2. Manufacturer should have Valid CDSCO Registration. 3. International products must be USFDA cleared and European CE certified by a notified body. 4. Safety certificate as per IEC 60601-2-41 must be submitted. 5. IEC Test reports must be issued by NABL Labs or from the country of Origin. 6. ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certification required. 7. Valid medical license required.

1.Firm should quote CAMC for next 5 years after the expiry of warranty. 2. OEM should submit undertaking for providing spare parts for a period of 10 Years. 3. Firm should give prices of the spares and accessories (no escalation) with mandatory 10-year price freeze and also the bidder should give comprehensive list of consumables, spare parts, and optional accessories, with individual unit prices. 4. Firm should provide comprehensive list of spares and consumables. 5. Warranty 5 years.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Consignee

Firms are advised to quote as per delivery schedule mentioned in the tender. Offers with large variation from tendered delivery schedule are liable to be ignored, also Bidders quoting abnormally longer Delivery periods are liable to be rejected.

a) Security Deposit (SD) for Stores Contracts will be applicable as per tender conditions attached with this tender. (a) The Security Deposit amount shall be 10% of the value of the contract subject to Maximum of Rs. 50 lakhs. (b) There shall be no exemption from submission of Security Deposit (SD) for any tender or by any tenderer except exemptions as per tender conditions attached with this tender. (c) In case of failure by contractor to meet deliveries for any lot, Railways may cancel the contract for defaulted part by forfeiting SD commensurate to that lot. Wherever SD has been exempted, for any reason, and the supplier fails to supply goods as per conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, Purchaser shall have right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by way of penalty, an amount equal to SD amount, as would have been applicable if the contract was with a non-exempted vendor.
