Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor locationas per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints systemwill be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centeringarrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The systemshall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion controlsystem for various verticallocaltion in load application areas thataccommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress toit's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universalaluminum base member designed to accommodate various projectconditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designedof width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loadingrequirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’spre-engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / movesin all directions. The Self - centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminumextrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directionsincluding vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membranein the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirementall as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in-Charge. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/ external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge.The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning /centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. Thematerial shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints Systemsuitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new andexisting construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slippingdown tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The JointSystem shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimalexposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Wall Joint of 100 mm gap

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make andmanufactures for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members with, self aligning and self centering arragement suppor plates asper ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provideswatertight roof to roof/roof to corner joint cover expansion control systemthat is capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movementwithout stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profilethat incorporates a universal aluminum base member designed toaccommodate various project conditions and roof treatments. The coverplate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfymovement and loading requirements and secured to base members byutilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement thatfreely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside thecorresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movementand flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. The JointSystem shall resists damage or deterioration from the impact of fallingice, exposure to UV, airborne contaminants and occasional foot trafficfrom maintenance personnel. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membranein the Joint System to have water tight joint is mandatory requirement.(Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.

(Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

The frame will have a provision of G.I. Anchor fastners 14 nos( 5 each on vertical style & 4 on horizontal style of size M10 x 80 )suitable for fixing in the opening along with Factory made Template forSS Ball Bearing Hinges of Size 100x89x3mm for fixing of fire ratedglazed shutter . The frame shall be finished with a approved fire resistantprimer or Powder coating of not less than 30 micron in desired shadeas per the directions of Engineer - in- charge.(Cost of SS ball bearinghinges is excluded).

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 120 min Fire Rating confirming to IS:3614 (Part II) or EN1634-1:1999,tested and certified as per laboratory approved by Engineer-in-charge, with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, top rail & side rail 60 mm x 60 mm wide and bottom rail of 110 mm x 60 mm made out of 1.6mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120gm/m²) duly filled mineral wool insulation having density min 96 kg/ m³ and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of size 100x89x3mm of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer or powder coating not less than 30 micron etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (panelling to be paid for seperately).

Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m²) of size 20 x 33 mm screwed with M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c , including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/ powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per NBC 2016, IS 16231 (Part 3):2016 and as per direction of Engineer-incharge with glass of required thickness having 120 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW120) and minimum 20 minutes of insulation (EI20). The manufacturer have to give test report/certification of fire glass and the glass should have the stamp showing the value of E, EW & EI. The glass shall be tested in approved NABL accredited lab or by any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration scopes shall be eligible. The maximum glazing size shall not be more than 1100x2200 mm (w x h) or 2.42 sqm.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. Providing and fixing Gl Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of Gl steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Designing, fabricating, testing, protection, installing and fixing in position semi (grid) unitized system of structural glazing (with open joints) for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building for all heights and all levels, including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings forthe specified design loads conforming to IS 875 part III (the systemmust passed the proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressurewithout any failure), including functional design of the aluminumsections for fixing glazing panels of various thicknesses, aluminiumcleats, sleeves and splice plates etc. gaskets, screws, toggles,nuts, bolts, clamps etc., structural and weather silicone sealants,flashings, fire stop (barrier)-cum-smoke seals, microwave curedEPDM gaskets for water tightness, pressure equalisation & drainage and protection against fire hazard including: (b) Fabricating and supplying serrated M.S. hot dip galvanised / Aluminium alloy of 6005 T5 brackets of required sizes, sections and profiles etc. to accommodate 3 Dimentional movement for achieving perfect verticality and fixing structural glazing system rigidly to the RCC/ masonry/structural steel framework of building structure using stainless steel anchor fasteners/ bolts, nylon seperator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and washers etc. of stainless steel grade 316, of the required capacity and in required numbers.

(c) Providing and filling, two part pump filled, structural silicone sealant and one part weather silicone sealant compatible with the structural silicone sealant of required bite size in a clean and controlled factory / work shop environment, including double sided spacer tape, setting blocks and backer rod, all of approved grade, brand and manufacture, as per the approved sealant design, within and all around the perimeter for holding glass. (d) Providing and fixing in position flashings of solid aluminium sheet1 mm thick and of sizes, shapes and profiles, as required as perthe site conditions, to seal the gap between the building structureand all its interfaces with curtain glazing to make it watertight. ( e) Making provision for drainage of moisture/ water that enters the curtain glazing system to make it watertight, by incorporating principles of pressure equalization, providing suitable gutter profiles at bottom (if required), making necessary holes of required sizes and of required numbers etc. complete. This item includes cost of all inputs of designing, labour for fabricating and installation of aluminium grid, installation of glazed units, T&P, scaffolding and other incidental charges including wastages etc., enabling temporary structures and services, cranes or cradles etc. as described above and as specified. The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge.

The item also includes the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. In the end, the Contractor shall provide a water tight structural glazing having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this subhead. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves) on the external face shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Note:-2. The following performance test are to be conducted on structural glazing system if area of structural glazing exceeds 2500 Sqm from the certified laboratories accreditated by NABL(National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories), Department of Science & Technologies, India. Cost of testing is payable separately. The NIT approving authority will decide the necessity of testing on the basis of cost of the work, cost of the test and importance of the work. Performance Testing of Structural glazing system Tests to be conducted in the NABL accredited lab or by any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO / IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/ IEC 17025. 1. Performance Laboratory Test for Air Leakage Test (-50pa to - 300pa) & (+50pa to +300pa) as per ASTM E-283-04 testing method for a range of testing limit 1 to 200 mVhr 2. Static Water Penetration Test. (50pa to 1500p) as per ASTME- 331-09 testing method for a range up to 2000 ml. 3. Dynamic Water Penetration (50pa to 1500pa) as per AAMA 501.01- 05 testing method for a range upto 2000 ml 4. Structural Performance Deflection and deformation by static air pressure test (1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure) as per ASTME-330-10 testing method for a range upto 50 mm 5. Seismic Movement Test (upto 30 mm) as per AAMA 501.4- 09 testing method for Qualitative test, Tests to be conducted on site. 6. Onsite Test for Water Leakage for a pressure range 50 kpa to 240 kpa (35psi) upto 2000 ml

Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor.(Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.25.2) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.

(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shadingcoefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.

Extra for openable side / top hung vision glass panels (IGUs) including providing and supplying at site all accessories and hardwares for the openable panels as specified and of the approved make such as heavy duty stainless steel friction hinges, min 4 -point cremone locking sets with stainless steel plates, handles, buffers etc. including necessary stainless steel screws/ fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers etc. all complete as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineerin-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and supplying shadow box of required size and shape, for fixing in the spandrel portion of the structural glazing, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building by providing semi -rigid, inorganic, non-combustible fibre glass wool insulation 50 mm thick, conforming to IS: 8183 and BS: 3958 Part 5. The insulation layer shall have facing (factory bonded on surface # 1 of the fibre glass insulation layer), of black non-woven fibre glass tissue of nominal thickness 0.5 mm and nominal mass not less than 60 gm /sqm, made of randomly oriented glass fibres distributed in a binder by awet-lay process including fixing 1.5 mm thick solid aluminum sheet backing using, 6 mm thick cement board including SS rivets, nuts,bolts, washers etc complete.

Providing and supplying Spandrel Glass Panels comprising of 6 mm thick heat strengthened monolithic float glass of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade so as to match the colour and shade of the IGUs in the vision panels etc. ,all complete for the required performances as specified, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified, and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (but excluding the area of grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. Providing & Fixing of fixing 4.3mm thick and 2.00 metre width Carpet Rolls having a density of 70 million fibres of nylon 6.6 per M2 firmly anchored into a waterproofing backing and having average recycled contents of 22% by weight . Providing & fixing Vertical Linear Baffle Ceiling made out of Aluminum Extrusion made of Aluminum alloy grade 6063. The baffle blade shall be size of 100x 30 x3000mm in powder coated finish of approved shade or wood grain finish. The baffle blade shall be suspended using C-channel/ Slotted U-profile powder coated to black color at an on-center spacing of 100 mm/150mm.

The C-Channel/U 40x40x3000mm profile shall be suspended at every 1200mm on-centre using 8mm threaded rod from the structural soffit at every 1200mm intervals using U-profile hanger/C-channel hanger. This item includes cost of all inputs of designing, labour for fabricating and installation of aluminium grid, installation of glazed units, T&P, scaffolding and other incidental charges including wastages etc., enabling temporary structures and services, cranes or cradles etc. as described above and as specified. The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. (f) Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). Providing and Fixing 22 mm thick Polycarbonate sheet roofing for Skylight: Design, Manufacture and Installation of skylight system, a complete assembly of extruded cellularstructure UV protected polycarbonate panels incorporated with angular daylighting concept with moon light effect into a complete system. Co‐extruded UV protected polycarbonate panel system of minimum 22 mm thickness to ensure best performance for wind uplift and visual appearance. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical offset standing seam at both sides of the panel. Panels shall be of The width of the panels shall be minimum 900 mm-1200mm and panels with maximum width shall be preferred to minimize junctions and to ensure a leak proof system. WOODEN SLATS GROOVED ACOUSTICAL PANEL

Providing and laying leed certified complying salt water grade of HDPE with combination of bentonite composite membrane having >500% elongation as per ASTM D412 TypeIV, Puncture resistance (load) 498.2N as per ASTM E154, Hydrostatic resistance >0.7Mpa as per ASTM D5385 & 26mpa tensile. Cleaning of the surface from dust mortar splashes and loosely adhering particles from PCC. Repairing of cracks and honey combing with rich polymer modified mortar i.e. 1: 3 (cement: sand) mortar admixed with SBR Latex or equivalent confirming to ASTM C 1059-86, where consumption @ 20 % by weight of cement over a bond coat of SBR Latex mixed with cement in 1: 1 ratio (1 part SBR Latex mixed with 1 part cement by volume. The waterproofing system must also allow for installation over green or damp surfaces to accelerating the construction process. OUTSIDE TERMINATION DETAILING
