Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in drains channles etcetra in earth work in all kind of soil, such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, hard and soft blasting, saturated soil including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, lift up to any heights, stacking the excavated soil for all heights from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layer when required into plinths sides of foundations etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams beam haunching cantilevers girders bressumers and lintels of any depth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls of any width including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement : five sand : ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying design mix M-20 (twenty) grade of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement contents of 320 Kg/cum (three hundred twenty kilogram per cubic metre) with graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.10mtrs. Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The dedign mix shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code.

Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in all floors including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimeter) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85g (eighty five) gauge with wire of diameter 0.56mm (zero point five six millimeter) for doors, windows and clerestore windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm (fifty millimetre) diametre welded in straight length over M.S. flat at top of vertical ballusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & ballusters of railing shall be measured & paid separately ) as per specifications and design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla White wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the suface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the suface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt and other foreign matter etcetera including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new concrete masnory/plaster surfaced with ready mixed paint other than white brushing for use on all floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dist and other foreign matter and sand papering smooth as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting. Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with enamel paint other than white to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
